They want to stand there and tell me they don't have cash when I see someone getting cash right next to me

I arrived at 4:40 on Friday to open a HS account for my daughter. There was no one in the lobby, 2 tellers upfront and someone in the drive through. The lady tells me I have to make an appointment online to open an account and they no longer allow walk-ins. I go out to my car to make an appointment online only for the system to refer me to the branch. There was not a way for me to make an appointment online and no one answered the number when I called. This is one of the most horrible locations as they do not provide customer service. Let me ask you, if you always refer customer's to do everything online, how will the employees maintain a reason to have a job? Food for thought...

Said they had no services available the day I went. and did not offer to make an appointment . They were rude and unhelpful. I decided to go to EECU and they were more than helpful and went out of their way to give me the service I needed.

They literally take FOREVER to help you! I always come and do my business deposits here because it's the closest, I'm the only one in line and still manage to take 30+ minutes! I get sometimes they get super busy, but this is EVERY week! Worst chase bank I've ever been to!

We love our Chase bank location in Roanoke. However; this one falls way short of their branch. While it's our challenge that we live so far away from any location we had a need to make account adjustments requiring us to be in person and this one was a little closer to our Sat morning errands. After standing in middle of lobby for quite some time we finally got in line at the teller window to try to at least be acknowledged and in the end we made a deposit and decided we would go to the Roanoke branch. I don't mind waiting as long as I know we are actually acknowledged and going to be served. Give Roanoke a visit to see how a branch should service it's customers from the moment you walk in the door...it was like a McDonalds vs Chick-Fil-A experience.

Large cash withdraw . Cash counted by machine. When i asked for a hand count was told by teller I could move over and count myself so she could take care of other customers . 6K 5/29 Teller- Kalyn. Plenty of other banks .

It's a Friday afternoon and there are not nearly enough tellers or bankers available....I'm not the only person complaining about the wait.

Nice little bank. I had to find another bank close to my house because my Capital One closed 3 of their near locations. I need an ATM for cash deposits. I geared toward Chase because I had a $150.00 coupon and there is one in the parking lot of the grocery shop I use most of the time. I was a little frustrated because I had to wait awhile. Gave the banker a hard time when she got to me. Yomaira Garcia handled me superbly. And I can be really difficult when I'm not happy. WAY TO GO GIRL!
