Rented a U-Haul van here. Great experience. I was having trouble with the U-Haul app, and the owner came out and offered to take care of the paperwork inside for me. Super nice guy. When I dropped off, he asked me if I needed a ride home too. Definitely would rent a U-Haul from here again.

Was attempting to rent a 5x8 UHaul trailer so I could get out of Texas and was immediately met with attitude on the phone when I called to ask if I could physically see the size difference between a 4x8 and 5x8. Was told “Im not even at my place of business and down know when ima be back around”…oh yeah, I appreciate the obvious “logic” he gave me that a 5x8 is larger than the 4x8…never would have guessed that…?

This is the best mechanic I have ever worked with in my entire (short) life. The only place I’ve ever felt confident leaving. Carrol is an honest man who tells you everything up front and has extremely reasonable prices. Even after we moved to Alabama, he would still answer my questions over the phone. Now we’re back in Texas about 2 hours from him but I’ll still take my car there if I have any issues. Nowhere else gives you the peace of mind without feeling like you’ve been scammed. Old school mechanic who knows what he’s talking about and isn’t trying to sell you anything you don’t need. Would recommend to anyone.

Most unprofessional place I have visited in a long time. I was greeted with an attitude, the owner didn't even have the item I requested and when I told him I would have to come back to bring what he told me to get. I was told "I won't be here for you when you get back." This was at 1pm and their closing time is no where near that. Also during this time of Covid. No employees, not even the owner wears a mask around customers.

Small repair shop that can be easy to miss. I had been having an issue with my tire deflating and it turned out it had a screw. Go figure. I walked into Burrell Tire and within 20 minutes the tire was patched up and ready to go! The price was decent and I know I will be returning if I have another issue.

I cannot day enough positive things about Burrell. He is honest and will always take care of you. I just bought my first car on my own through him and he got exactly what I wanted and within my budget. But my family has purchased more cars through him than I can count and always refer people to him.

I can't say enough positive things about Burrell. He also sells cars and I just bought my first "adult car" from him. He always makes sure everything is just right. As a family I can't even count how many cars we have purchased from him and have referred people to him. Seriously the best there is!

Any time auto issues come up it’s stressful! Mr. Burrell took great care of me, I shop local when ever I can and after my experience today I will definitely be going back. I had 4 tires installed and an alignment. I feel safe and ready to hit the road, and I still have $$$$ in my pocket ? thank you Burrell Tire!! I will be back!
