This is the worst customer experience i have received at a pharmacy , very rude individuals and after giving my medication couldn’t even tell me how to use it . Never going back to this location

I've gone to Walgreens for years. This is the first Walgreens where the pharmacy assistant was concerned that my co-pay for my medication was too high. She found a coupon for me without me even asking and got me a 60% discount on the medication. What a nice thing to do.

The two ladies in the pharmacy are very helpful. They spent every effort finding the best solution for me to get the Tdap vaccine when insurance makes it complicated

The pharmacists and workers are all nice... when they are there. The hours are now pretty ridiculous. They are closed on Saturdays and close at 7 pm every week day. I'm not sure why Walgreens is claiming that Covid and lack of pharmacists is the cause of this policy when literally every other pharmacy in the area is open every day until 9 pm and on Saturdays too. I am taking my business elsewhere after a decade here. This poor review is not a reflection of the people that work in the pharmacy, it is a poor review of whoever is making the decisions to slash the hours they are open and make it inconvenient for their customers.

I love how people think they are so special that of they don't get their way one time they're ready to nuke the world. To the person who have a 1 star review... get over yourself... the Walgreens staff are allowed to make mistakes despite how perfect you think you are. Maybe get to know them and the special treatment you think you deserve might be realized. I've been a customer here since 2016 and have seen these folks go above and beyond for me. From simply knowing my name when I pull up to the drive thru window, to making calls to non-Walgreens pharmacies to track down meds for me, to helping me with partial refills when I had messed up and forgotten to get new prescriptions, to calling my doctors BEFORE I needed something just to ensure they were ready when I did. These things may just be their job but the point is they are doing it. Do they make mistakes? Yes, occasionally, but so do I and it doesn't make me a \\\"1 Star\\\" person. Here's a suggestion for everyone....try to act like others matter and it's amazing how many 5 Star experiences you'll have!

AWFUL PLACE, DO NOT GO HERE. The pharmacy is a joke. They messed up the paperwork and on the paper work it says "if this informs is wrong please notify the pharmacy" and I did. They took the paper and told me I needed to sign the last page and l asked where the first page was (the one with the wrong information" and told me I signed it when I DIDNT. I gave it back because it was wrong and the person giving me the vaccine demanded i go into the room and to not worry about the paper I was supposed to sign , after he said I signed it. FIRST OF ALL. I had questions and you told me they didn't matter. I didn't know why you would think someone would just sign something with wrong information on it and then try to tell me I signed it when I didn't, unless you forged my signature. Second YOU DO NOT DEMAND I GET INTO A ROOM AND TO SHUT UP because I need to know why you told me not to worry about it. And then yell at me and talk to me like I'm stupid . This person acted like he was on drugs the whole time he was talking to me, who tf talks to people like that? Especially at their job? The first time I got the vaccine it was fine and the other guy was great . But this person should lose his job on the spot for treating people the way he treated me. He gave me the vaccine and stormed out of the room didn't even put a bandaid on me. Didn't tell me to wait 15 minutes before leaving or nothing . DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING AT ALL.

Frustrating. Got my first Covid 19 vaccine here, went in for the second one. Forgot my card, my fault. Drive back home to get it. Get there and then told they no longer have the vaccine I got the first time. Why didn't you all say anything when I said I was there for my second dose of the vaccine? I don't have time to just come here for nothing. I'm going to a different location to get my second vaccine b/c I care about public health as well as my own. But for someone else, they might not get the 2nd vaccine at all. Want people to get vaccinated? Don't do whatever this was.

I'm happy that I went into this location. The girl at the front helped me find a thermometer. All the stores around here were all sold out. I had driven around from a local CVS to Walmart to Walgreens. This store was the one that helped me locate one before I went to pick it up at another Walgreens location. I know with Covid being such an issue for everyone right now. I'm glad this store has kept up with their customer service. Thank You

I just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to the service that I received from Jennifer the tech and pharmacist that was there today. I was diagnosed with Bronchitis and the flu today I went to go and pick up my medication through the drive up box and I asked her if she didn't mind grabbing me some Kleenex for me to purchase. I told her I was feeling really bad And I would appreciate not coming in. Without hesitation she asked me what my preference was as far as Kleenex's went and she came back with exactly what I asked for. Her customer service skills are impeccable! It felt great to feel taken care of. Then when I left she said to me I wish I could make you a pot of chicken soup so that you can feel better. I thought that was so genuine and caring. We need more people like that. They take their time and make sure your needs are met. No one wants to be rushed when their sick. CVS Wylie 24hr kinda gone down hill so Walgreens really was a breath of fresh air. Thank you for your kind service today! I'm glad I switched pharmacies!

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. They call you and tell you that prescriptions are ready and then you go there to pick them up and they're not, this is happened to me several times. I will never go back here again. Strongly suggest you not go here either.
