I had an outstanding experience at the Sachse Verizon store today, thanks to an exceptional salesperson, Joel. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. Joel took the time to understand my needs and provided clear, honest recommendations. He patiently answered all my questions and ensured I was comfortable with my choice before completing the purchase. Joel truly made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Joel if you're looking for top-notch service.

I had THEEE worst experience with this Verizon today. My SIM card stopped working last night, so I chatted online with a Verizon rep and they made a 2pm appointment for me at this location. I was running a little late and I arrived at 2:16. No one was there and they had left a little sticky note on the front door saying their systems were rebooting and they would be back in 30 minutes. So I waited at the business next door. The employees there let me know this happens ALL. THE. TIME. I am the third person who has waited at their establishment for Verizon to open. SEVERAL people drove by and came to their door with no success. In fact, the delivery companies used to regularly drop off their packages to the next door establishment because they are almost never there. The sign never said at what time the alleged reboot started. I waited until about 4:45pm when someone finally showed up to turn off the lights in Verizon. I met him at the door and told him I was his 2pm. He said he was just coming to close up the store. I told him that I came for a SIM card. He proceeded to LIE TO MY FACE and tell me his location did not have any SIM cards and had not had any for months. So I asked him why Verizon would send me to him if he couldn’t help me. I asked him if he had not gotten the notes from the Verizon rep I spoke with online. He made ZERO attempt to be helpful. Without a SIM card I have no service and no data. All the nearby establishments’ Wifi was password protected so I could not access their networks to use the internet. I had to use one of the next door employee’s hot spots to access the internet and call an Uber. And since they were closing at the same time as the Verizon (5pm), I had to go into the store next to them to await my Uber. I have never seen such a flagrant disregard for professionalism and mindfulness for the customers. The business next door regularly sends that location’s potential customers to other companies because that location is so notoriously unreliable. Please NEVER EVER EVER go to the Verizon in Sachse, TX!!! Chances are EXCELLENT that you will be HIGHLY disappointed!!!

Highly recommend working with Joel at this location! We’ve been with Verizon for 3+ years (with business & personal accounts), visited multiple Verizon stores across the states, spoken to several Customer Service team members over the phone and none of them even came close to how well Joel treated us. Joel is a natural at customer service. He was very personable, understanding, and patient. We came in with a ton of questions and were not the happiest when we walked in the door but he quickly found the issues, corrected our account, and made us feel valued.
It’s hard to find someone with a great personality, that’s highly knowledgeable, and available to quickly assist you these days. Joel was honestly the first person we’ve found at Verizon that clearly broke everything down for us, made us feel comfortable with our account, and didn’t send us off to hassle with Customer Service over the phone. He took his time double checking everything on the account for us and didn’t rush us out the door when it was closing time.
This location was clean, convenient, and had what we needed in stock. Perhaps call ahead to double check their stock before arriving (just in case)!

Excellent customer service!! We did not have an appointment but did not have to wait. Joel was super knowledgeable, polite, and worked hard at getting us every discount possible!! Helped us upgrade our phones, and be on a reasonable plan! Joel was also meticulous in putting the screen covers on. Would highly recommend!!

Was on the phone with tech for 3+ hours yesterday. Today went into the Verizon store and Joel fixed my phone issue within 10-15 minutes!! Great customer service!!

I usually loathe coming into the store or getting on the phone but not this time! Joel helped me SO FAST! All I did was call and I had all the answers and help I needed in 10 minutes. Joel was helpful, good humored, and honestly made a task I hate a delight. He made sure I had the information I needed for our internet access and the add ons to the account and stayed on the line with me while I figured it out. He was patient with me while I did this and took care of the kids at the same time. Saved me a trip to the store and single handedly increased my satisfaction with Verizon. If I have issues, questions, or Verizon business to do in the future I’ll come here and ask for Joel! Thank you Joel!

Just upgraded my phone here and I gotta say Joel is incredible! He was so patient & knowledgeable. You can really tell he cares about his customers. I'm never going to any other Verizon store!
