It took a long time to get my U-boxes, and let's face it, moving sucks in general, but she was pleasant, she made sure we were doing ok with a phone call a few hours later, and offered to pick them up at no charge. The rest of the staff was a little dim, but she was great. Definitely work with her if you need to move.”
