“I had an oil leak in my truck and was recommended to go to this shop. I’m giving them 5 stars for their customer service. They initially called to let me know the oil leak was fixed, but when I drove away, it turned out it wasn’t. They called a second time, saying the leak was resolved, but after a 30-minute drive, I found it was still leaking. I brought it back a third time, and after a more thorough investigation, they discovered the leak was due to an issue unrelated to their previous work—but they fixed it anyway. Normally, having to return multiple times would lead to a negative review, but they were fully committed to finding and fixing the problem. They went above and beyond to address the issue. They did an excellent job, and based on my experience, I would trust their integrity.”

I came to Craig's after needing diagnostics and the dealership wanted to sit on the car for 7-10 days before diagnostics would even be performed. I had diagnostics and a quote within 48 hours on that trip. That was two years ago and they are my go to now for advanced car problems.”
“So there are many places to take your car for an inspection. I have two vehicles so it's a pain to take them both for oil changes and then state inspections. In March, I had an oil change and I thought it might be too early since my inspection sticker was due in September, however somebody here told me it wasn't too early so I had the state inspection done. Imagine my annoyance when I found out the inspection was due between July 30 and September 30. for the registration of course. I came in annoyed but prepared to pay again... but I didn't have to do that. I went out feeling like I had just had a visit with a good neighbor. These guys absolutely put the Rock in Rockwall Brakes Plus on Goliad. Very happy I was not grilled for my part in lack of researching, instead, Chris Stockert, who has taken over as general manager in October 2023 simply said, "...not a problem, we will redo at our expense.". I think we can all agree that customer non-service is abundant in the world and locally right now, but not at Brakes Plus. I will continue to do business here as long as I live in Rockwall.. And by the way, the bad reviews seem to center around people who have made appointments to bring their cars in. I'm very happy these people even offer appointments as some do not. If these guys are to cars like doctors are to people, appointments, run, long keep that in mind and also keep in mind, they have a nice key drop if you want to bring your car in the night before. Just my two cents..”

“I walked in to Christian Brother (CB) Service Center and was immediately met with a CB representative and ask how they could help. I informed them my horn wouldn't honk and it wasn't a fuse. The. CB representative inform me of the cost to do the analysis on my car and informed me that I would receive a diagnostic report l and quote by end of day or next morning. I was in and out of the service center within 5 minutes.
The next day I received an email with report of diagnosis that was followed-up with phone call to go over the report. At the time. I was informed that the horn was fixed and the cost would only be the cost of the diagnosis. The CB representative proceeded to go over the diagnostic report of things they identified to be address in the future due to the age and mileage of my vehicle. After reviewing the report I decided to go forward with the maintenance since it seem very reasonable compared to dealership cost. The following day Marshal called me to let me know the maintenance was complete and I could pick up my vehicle. At the time, I informed him that I would need a ride and he said that wouldn't be a problem. Since the car was out shuttling someone else, he would call me when he is on his way.
Marshal picked me up and even open the car door for me.
The people at CB are very courteous, caring, reasonable, and fair. I wouldn't think of going back to the dealership ever again.”
“Not sure if there was a hiccup with the online appointment system but when Hubby arrived this past weekend the receptionist, Christina G, said she didn't see my name/appointment when I booked almost a week out. Just needing an oil change --- we were able to still get fit in luckily and it wasn't a super long wait. Appointment was for 12pm CST and vehicle was ready around 2pm CST. The price was a steal for $22 with coupon that was mailed”
