Great place to go if you want your clothes to get ruined and then charged for it. My wife's favorite dress looks like they let they're dog get a hold of it. We were given a small credit for a $100 dress, but then still charged for the cleaning of the dress they ruined.

We have been using this cleaner for several years now, and they do a great job. Whether alterations or getting stains out. They make an effort which I have used others in the area that have left buttons hanging or not pointing out tears in the material.

I come in weekly to get my stuff dry cleaned and cleaned but this time they messed up my pants bad watch.out these pants were 100 dollars they said they didn't do it and even lied . I took the pants back to then the next day and they said they would tell the Manger and then call us back. ON THE PHONE THEY SAID MY HUSBAND ALREADY TALKED TO THEM AND SAID ITS OK. may I add my husband doesn't even know where the dry clean is.

Took several Purple Label Ralph Lauren polos there for dry cleaning. They were returned to me severely shrunk. Had to donate to charity. They did not following the instructions on the label. Will not use again.

I hate writing bad reviews since it's detrimental to someone's business. I was calling around trying to get the best value for my money on dry cleaning and I don't know the name of who I spoke with but after two questions she was like I can't tell you all the prices. You will have to come in. I have 4 maybe 5 questions. I'm not going to lug aground my dry cleaning so you can look at it and then give me a quote. It's dry cleaning not something life altering like relocating. They have good reviews on google and I'm sure they have happy customers but I cannot recommend this place. If you cannot give me a straight answer then the assumption is that something is not kosher.

We moved to the area fairly recently, and they're very close by so I dropped off 10 items here (2 men's shirts, 2 blazers, 2 dresses, 3 pants, 1 suit) While they did a good job, it was insanely expensive (over $75). My husband picked up the items or I would've questioned the tab upon pick up. The 2 men's dress shirts alone were over $25. That's unheard of anywhere I've ever dry cleaned before. Unfortunately, this kind of expense just isn't in our budget. Unless dry cleaning prices have drastically changed in the last 9 months, our previous cleaners at both residences (Carrollton and Lewisville) were half this cost.
