Did an online order where it specifically says to wait till the order is ready to go. Waited 2 days and when I called the rep was rude and said that they don’t fill online orders until I am there. That goes against what an online order is for and also against what the company website and email said. Order was cancelled, never got a call from the manager or anything. Never going back there

I arrive 5:50 pm to buy something really fast and they had the door closed when in their open hours said that they close at 6pm. The employees was inside but they didn’t open the door.Terrible service in this store.

Easy access within store to materials. Quick in and out. Helpful, knowledgeable employees.After purchasing a gallon of paint matched to a paint chip just didn’t quite match my kitchen curtains, I returned to have the associate patiently add a tint 3 x until the color was exactly as I had imagined! Now that is personal service!

We picked up paint last weekend that we have bought a couple s times from there. I handed the original paint can with sherwin willianms Specs plus they doubled checked the in the computer. They said yes this is the same paint. Well when i got home to paint it looked different. Well come to find out after brought it back to the store we were told the paint has changed several times. Well why didnt the store say anything. Hello customer this paint has changed several times its going to be probably different since it has changed several times. Well I wasnt told that i guess they mixed anyway and didnt bother to say anything to me. So basically i am stuck with paint . not cool They knew it was different they could have said something before hand

Wonderful and help store since I ever went here. Signed up as a pro and was helped immediately with my account. My rep, Dallas Nicholas was on point with everything we could ever need. I own a home remodeling business, "Geno Does It" and we purchased all our paint with our behr rep from home depot but now we do not purchase paint from anywhere else. We have elite customer service with Sherwin williams and always helpful with our choices. The representative Dallas has gone above and beyond also being an exceptional help in the field also completing consultations for us on our behalf. Sherwin williams will have our business for life with my company.

How can a paint store not have paint? I went to Sherwin-Williams in Sachse to get my paint, and the store did not have any in my color which is white. How can that be? The only store that had some was a store in Garland close to an hour away. Other than that, their Keurig coffee maker did not work. I'm going to the Home Depot and have the store color match my paint.
