“After an AWFUL experience with U-Haul and being passed around to 5 different locations because a “reservation” means nothing to U-Haul, the employee at this location Jordan G was the only one willing to help us at least get a truck for a few hours (we moved over night, lol).
S/O to Jordan G, he’s kind, bright, and helpful, and the only reason I’d maybe consider using U-Haul again.”

“Great location especially if you have trailer you can drop on lot if you need any repairs. Mechanics are straight forward; you will probably have a wait but you instantly get choice for break room or go back home for further details. My idea spot for dropping of a truck for repairs and finding a bigger enough spot in the Dallas area to drop my trailer until repairs was finished.”

His rates were cheaper than online. They are flexible and work with you to help in your time of need. Great job by whole team.”
“Absolutely perfect great customer service! Would recommend highly. We picked up our truck in Texas and got absolutely wonderful service. Everything was explained to us we were helped with the paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had things like padlocks tape and strap Downs that you can purchase right there at the rental place. Michael who helped us was amazing. I'll make sure that I look up We did have trouble getting them on the phone I think that's a corporate problem if you're in Plano I encourage you to just stop in and talk to them. That's what we did and they actually gave us the paperwork ahead of time so that we could look it over check what we needed for insurance and have it all filled out the day we went to pick up the truck. We got a 12 ft box truck it was comfortable and honestly the gas mileage was way better than what I had expected. I think it only was about $100 in gas for our 10 hour drive! The tank is huge I believe we got 450 mi out of one tank. I would also like to add that the one-star review is from a guy who should be blaming the people in salt lake City we rented the truck from not the people in Plano where he happened to break down! This is under new ownership and it's fantastic.”
