“After an AWFUL experience with U-Haul and being passed around to 5 different locations because a “reservation” means nothing to U-Haul, the employee at this location Jordan G was the only one willing to help us at least get a truck for a few hours (we moved over night, lol).
S/O to Jordan G, he’s kind, bright, and helpful, and the only reason I’d maybe consider using U-Haul again.”

“This is a small shop. I would suggest bobtailing in to get service on a truck done. The staff was great. Very dedicated mechanics to get trucks serviced or repaired ASAP. Been to several Penske shops in the past few years. I will give these mechanics a big ? Best committed crew I've seen yet. Thanks also for the air condition repairs to my truck. Will have you all on my thoughts this whole hot summer.”
“The guy who works here was very nice/helpful. Only downside to this location: a very obnoxious "Karen" uses the storage unit right by the only loading/unloading entrance. Good luck if you ever have the displeasure of being confronted by her. She was very rude to my moving company men as well as her own. She will be sure to tell you all about how important she thinks she is.”
“I would like to start off by saying a HUGE thank you to Jill in the front office! Without getting too specific and wasting characters, I was absolutely blown away by the speed and efficiency of which Jill and her team were able to settle the complex issues concerning my Uhaul truck and trailer rental from the southern border. I brought my wife and my two babies with me to wait in the car outside, needless to say I was not only stressed about my complex situation but I was also in a big time rush. The office area is so cozy and family friendly my stress quickly began to melt as I took pictures of some of the funny signs and posters on the wall for my wife and I to laugh at later(she loved 'em haha). Jill's demeanor perfectly matched her homely and inviting office. Though, most appreciated was her efficiency above all. We laughed and talked and debated, and the whole time her work pace didn't slow a second. Not only was the conclusion quickly reached, but she made the calls and fought the fight for the outcome that I most hoped for. Thank you Jill. 100x's over!”

“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

“Great customer service. This place is a boat repair business with U-haul rentals available. These guys are fantastic- great personalities, go above and beyond to even help in last minute emergencies for their customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else to rent a U-haul. I don't have a boat, but if I did, I doubt I'd go any place else for boat repairs. These guys are just awesome!”

“Great location especially if you have trailer you can drop on lot if you need any repairs. Mechanics are straight forward; you will probably have a wait but you instantly get choice for break room or go back home for further details. My idea spot for dropping of a truck for repairs and finding a bigger enough spot in the Dallas area to drop my trailer until repairs was finished.”
