One tech announces what he's doing, another checks it and announces confirmation, the manager reviews and announces approval - all audible. This eliminates the possibility of an oil-out. Not expecting it to be this thorough. Good stuff.”

“Went in first thing this morning for an oil change and they made my morning. I felt informed in what’s happening and plus they gave me recommendations on what else they identified as “need-to” in their professional eyes. I also had a fresh hot coffee which I took with me since they were done in a jiffy! They’ll for sure be be on my list of places to go for other ancillary services they provide.”
