After Tanner Howard, at the Plano Texas store explained the features of High Speed Internet to my wife and me he offered to come to our home on his own time and walk me through the setup of four TV’s. The store closed at 8:00PM. It was 9:00PM before he was able to lock up and drive to North Dallas. Tanner was there until 11:30PM and then had an hour and half drive home. I can’t thank him enough.KC Kinney.”
