Not only did he answer all of our questions, but he went above and beyond in explaining additional products and services that we had absolutely no idea existed. We usually avoid going to any AT&T store for the sake of time, but we had to merge accounts and upgrade phones, so we needed someone's help. We couldn’t have been happier than meeting Tanner and having him assist us. It is nice to see AT&T's customer service change for the better.
