“We have been using this cleaner for several years now, and they do a great job. Whether alterations or getting stains out. They make an effort which I have used others in the area that have left buttons hanging or not pointing out tears in the material.”

“This is by far the best laundromat in plano. I gave 4 stars only because I came in to do laundry last week. Upon entering I said,"Goodmorning " to the young lady that worked there and got no response. Everyone that I have ever encountered at this establishment has always been kind and so attentive making sure my experience was great. Please do not tarnish your great establishment with someone who does not know customer relations. People should not work in a establishment that requires customer service if they don't like people. Attitudes should never be tolerated in the work place when a person represents the establishment.”

“Decided to try the laundry pick-up/ drop-off service, as our dryer needs repairs, and I was blown away with the service! They picked up in the morning and had the clothes and sheets delivered by evening, everything freshly washed and folded nicely. I provided additional instructions (what needs bleach etc.) and they followed accordingly. They communicated with me throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again as needed!”
“INCREDIBLE service! My wife and I are visiting and arrived later in the morning to see if we could have our clothes cleaned and pressed. Understandably they were only able to press my wife’s dresses and my shirts. Maria and Patricia were at the front helping us and went above and beyond to make sure we got our clothes asap! “My daughter is a Cadet in Wylie High AFJROTC program and was given Payless Cleaners as the place to go. I dropped off her uniform on purpose and some of my clothing as a convenience. PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I have not returned to my previous cleaners because Payless makes you feel valued as a customer and my clothes are taken cared of as well. You will be so pleased that you tried Payless in Wylies”

“This is about as perfect of a laundromat experience that a person can have. There's plenty of machines in all load sizes, you can pay with quarters or download their very handy app and load cash to it. Using the app also gets you spendable reward credits.”
“Big mama, I went there for fish, the lines on both sides were long but well worth it. The customer service was great, and the fish and fries were worth the wait, a little pricy, but that's everywhere you go.If you are ever in the area, try out Big mama, the name says everything.”
“It only took an hour total to wash and dry. Washed three small blankets and one large blanket and spent $7 total. They only accept quarters but they do have a change machine, so bring cash.They have about 5 carts out for people to use which go quickly. The machines were clean and all were operational. The facility is relatively clean but it was pretty warm and they don’t have a lot of seating away from the door/windows which made waiting inside unpleasant during warmer months.All washers have cold, warm, and hot water and it doesn’t cost extra unlike other laundromats. The dryers all offer low, medium, and high cycles.Updated pricing as of May 2024: Washer cycles are $2, $3.35, $4.50, or $5.75 depending on the size of the washer you choose. Dryers are $1.25 or $1.75 depending on if you use the 3-load or 5-load dryer.”
“I moved from the area over 20 years ago now but still drive from Red Oak/Waxahachie area to North Dallas for them to clean my clothes...and they treat/clean suade/leather....I've never had any issues and the time I didn't trust them with a white suit that I had...it end up with yellow stains, so I WOULD NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN!!!!!”

“Wylie Wash & Dry has become my favorite laundry mat since our washer crapped out mid cycle. Went here this morning for the first time and was really impressed. The facility is clean, they have detergent, softener and even hangers if you forget something. Last time I was here it was Video Hits and I was a kid. :)The washing machines vary in size. The smallest being $2.50/load to the largest being $8.50/load for the huge washer. I was able to get 7 loads of laundry done for under $30. 2 of them being a huge load of towels and heavy things like hoodies and sweats. The dryers are a good size too and start at $0.25/per 7 minutes. They have folding tables and rolling baskets to move your things. Arcade games and snacks to keep kiddos entertained.I was able to get all that laundry done in 2 hours as opposed to taking all day at home.10/10 would recommend this facility for all your laundry needs. They even have laundry drop off with a 15lb minimum.”

“Mr. Clean Cleaners was my first experience with a dry cleaner, and I have to say it went very smoothly. I dropped off my suit jacket in the morning and picked it up after work, which was incredibly convenient. I really appreciate how straightforward the process was—no hassle at all. The location is also a big plus, as it’s close to where I live. My suit jacket came back in perfect condition, without any issues or marks. If there’s any room for improvement, I’d suggest offering text notifications for when items are ready, but overall, a solid experience that I’d recommend.”
