Nothing but stellar speedy service from this location. I believe Jordan is the name of the man who’s always working hard at this location. I’d like to share two specific stories.1.) My first experience was extremely pleasant even though my order was sensitive and difficult. He helped my friend and I print spiraled cookbooks to pass out at her grandmother’s funeral. He was caring, efficient, and professional. We arrived at about noon and picked them up first thing the next morning. This was especially appreciated given the sudden, unfortunate circumstances. I knew right then it would be worth driving the extra mile or two instead of going to closer locations or competitors for printing or shipping services.2.) My next experience was to print presentation books for our family business. Jordan was THOROUGH and worked hard to ensure the tedious printing details of all pages would exceed our expectations. Again, a very fast and accommodating experience.Since then I’ve used this locations several times for printing projects and shipping. Very rarely there will be a small wait (5 min max), but it’s overall an extremely efficient and smooth experience.I hardly ever write Google reviews but wanted to give this business the credit it deserves! Thanks.

This location is under new management and runs smooth as butter! There's hardly ever a line and I'm always met with a smile and a friendly greeting. It's located conveniently just inside Walmart with easy access even if I'm crunched for time. Definitely will be returning!

This has been my go to for years for shipments. No longer. Seems that with the new Store Manager, their level of customer service has gone way down. Too bad.

I would always use FedEx Sachse for my printing needs but now never again. Michelle was a wonderful person who new all about the services FedEx Sachse offered and how to get it done. But now she's gone and FedEx Sachse let her leave without trying to ask her to stay.That's sad good employees are hard to find and FedEx Sachse lost one.

Do to Covid-19, I’m working from home and haven’t gotten a printer, yet. So, I went to FedEx to use their computer to complete and print forms that I need to acquire my passport. Upon my arrival, I explained to the employee what I needed and asked her to check the ink level on the printer because the government will not accept the application with any issues. I even showed her the required settings, etc., on the website. The employee did not check the printer, stating that she knows that it is fine because it hasn’t been used. Her demeanor DID NOT come across as wanting to assist me, at all, even though I was the only customer in the store! I had to force the issue. Finally, I completed my application and set it to print. The printer printed with a yellow line through each page. She actually handed the 6 page document to me expecting me to take it and move on. I then told her that the documents were unacceptable and needed to be reprinted. Keep in mind, I’m paying for all of this by the second. She tried printing my documents again and they were good. I told her to refund me for the first set. She took 10 more minutes to get that done because she didn’t know how. Her name is Renee, and she is the STORE MANAGER.FedEx....DO BETTER!

They are not helpful. I had a package delivered there because I would not be home, and they lost it. Somehow it sat in the Walmart back room and I had to open a claim with FedEx before they would take the time locate. Then when there was an accident outside, they refused to stay open a couple of minutes... wouldn’t even consider it, because use they are selfish and unhelpful. FedEx may problems, but FedEx in Woodbridge Walmart should be avoided at all cost because these people are not helpful at all.

I don't know how I'm supposed to retrieve my package on weekdays if this location opens at 9 and closes at 7. At least opens at 8.
