“I had a bad experience in one of the branch located in Richardson they messed up really bad. So I went to this location to try to fix what the other person did, he noticed my frustration and took me to a side, he was very nice and helped with my situation. And followed me to all steps until I was done. His name is Luis and I am very grateful with all his help! We need more people like him !”
