Having a unit there was awesome, but I bought a house too far away to keep it. Amy and Mike were amazing and I will miss seeing them. Amazing rates and excellent units!

So far my experience at Advantage Storage has been great. It was easy to get a storage unit leased via the website and pricing is fair. The facility is clean and well kept.
I went into the office and spoke to Mike, who was very friendly and courteous. (Sorry for interrupting your lunch!) He walked me through the whole process and answered all of my questions. He then guided me into the facility and showed me to my unit, which was exactly as I expected. No mess, no fuss.
I've yet to store anything in my unit for an extended period, but the facility was quiet and seemed secure for the time I've spent there. The facility itself is gated and fenced, and access closes down at 9PM. It also has security cameras so I feel my stuff will be as safe as it can be.
There's actually staff on site to speak to, and I was also given contact information for the property manager just in case. I'll update my review if anything arises, but overall I'm very satisfied with my experience here at Advantage Storage.

The manager Amy was so super friendly. Also got to meet with her regional manager, who was also super friendly. so happy to find a place that cares about customer service and not about The Almighty Dollar.

Manager, Amy, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She even took me to my unit in the pouring rain. Great customer service.
I did not need a storage for near as long as I originally thought. But, I cannot stress the wonderful service I received at this storage facility. Would highly recommend them. Very clean. Very nice experience, and I have had some bad storage experiences.

A really nice, clean and safe place to store your belongings. The prices are good, as well. The customer service is great and they let you know that they appreciate your business which is a nice touch these days. Definitely recommend.
