Save your money folks, real bad shape, sad to see such a great place just let go. Greens are dirt and the fairways are mowed at about 2” if there is any grass on them.

One of the worst experiences at a golf course we have ever had. Let me preface by saying we have been to this course a couple of times before and had a lovely experience, but that was not the case this time. We should have known when we got to the carts and had to pick the least run down/damaged of the fleet our first cart that about jolted us out of our seats, got my husband's clubs loaded onto it and started heading towards the first tee only to see a group of at least 8 teeing off all together. It was at that point we went back to the clubhouse and switched carts then went to hole 10 to try there (no prior guidance was provided when checking in at the pro shop but we did meet another lovely couple who were scheduled to tee off in the slot before my husband who said it was suggested to them to go to start on 10 since there was such a big group going off 1 so he jumped in with them). When we got to the tee we were shocked by the condition of the course, most of the fairways did not appear to have been mowed in at least a week (and the ones that had been mowed had dead grass bunched up in the fairway), there were weeds growing in the bunkers well over a foot tall and no wonder there was a warning sign on the pro shop door about the snakes in the roughs, many of them didn't appear to have been mowed in at least a month. The greens are dead or mostly dead, there is not need to read any kind of break because the ball bounces all over the place when it is hit. The cart paths are almost to the point of it being a better option to drive beside them instead of on them. After my husband playing the first few holes he asked me to contact the pro shop and see about getting a refund for 9 holes, it took several calls to the pro shop to finally get an answer where I got a runaround and told it would have to be forwarded to management and someone would email me. We ended up leaving after he "played" 9 holes. The other couple agreed about the terrible conditions of the course and carts, but decided to continue trying to play the front 9. We stopped by the pro shop to check in about my call and there was no one there, there appeared to be only one person working. We ended up leaving, and I still haven't received any kind of follow up from "management." We heard from the other couple this course is up for sale (again), I wouldn't waste anymore money going there until after it is in better condition.

This golf course is now the worst in Texas. there is no grass in the fairways and patches of weeds and dirt in the fairways. it is obviously about to close. on Saturday afternoon the restaurant was closed. lost several balls in the fairway in the long dense clover. The worst part is they charged $50 per person with cart and we were dumb enough to pay it.

Played yesterday, never played here before so we thought we would give it a try. Felt like the maintenance department was a part time job. Even though coming out of winter, greens were mostly dirt. I imagine the place was pristine at one time, but that has long passed. Sad. Place must be for sale or closing soon because everything in the pro shop was 50% off, even ProV 1’s. Hoping someone buys it as it can be a great course. Unfortunately it’s gonna take a couple years to bring back if it get a new owner.

The food was average at best. Not the worst I've had but lacked flavor. The service was friendly and the view was nice.

Always delicious food! Beautiful atmosphere with courteous and efficient staff. The view of the lake and surrounding golf course is a wonderful complement to lunch. Highly recommend

Golf course isn't bad at all. Decent rates. During this time of year the greens aren't the best but overall the course is decent and has several holes with great views.

Incredibile track! Pristine fairways and greens. Check out these photos and enjoy! If you’ve got $50 to blow this is the place to do it! I give the course permission to use these photos for marketing!

What could be a great course has been ruined by this heat wave. I heard they couldn't water due the the lake shutting down water access. I understand this weather is taking a toll on the course, but they should let you know about the conditions before people drive over an hour to play. On top of that, the $50 green fee is way to high for course condition. Hope to see some improvement on what was once a fun course to play.

My husband ordered a old fashioned and I had a unsweet tea. Bone in wings we each had steak bites with salad bar. It was good thank you
