My kids were denied entry for being dropped off after 9am, stating there wasn’t enough of room/space for them. Yet, I pay for a slot for them. If there is not enough slots for children, stop enrolling kids and don’t force people to pay for space that isn’t available or ensure that there is sufficient staff to student ratio. The admin was rude and highly unprofessional and the cleanliness of the school is poor. I would recommend looking at alternative daycare placement.

They care more about keeping employees than child safety!! My child experienced physical abuse on 2 different occasions no disciplinary actions taken on teachers involved. Director Amanda stated it was too hard to find a replacement and asked me to not call the state. Do not let your kids attend this day care.

The owner of this company (Dee) is a thief. No way I would ever let my child attend this day care.A few months back they called to have all the water vacuumed out of their building. It flooded so I gave them a quote of 25k to clean all the floors and carpet.Dee signed the contract after the job was completed he refused to pay me and said it was to high. This guy is a crook DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM.I had to file a law suite on him.

Absolutely amazing daycare! They truly love and care about all of the children. The staff and teachers are awesome and always coming up with fun, creative, and enriching activities and events for the kids. My son loves going and loves his teachers. I know my son is in the best care when I leave him there. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this daycare facility and the staff!

The daycare flooded and when they reopened a week later the entire daycare reeks of mold. They didn't replace and refused to replace the carpet that was under storm and toilet water. I pulled my daughter out of there and reported them to the state for child endangerment. Mold is not something to take lightly, especially when it involves children and infants.

My 2 year old has been home with me as a work from home single parent. I tried a less expensive school and it did not live up to my expectations. After my tour at Stonebrook , I replaced her enrollment status same day. It's clean, open, well organized. The teachers are teachers not babysitters. Screen time is limited to none such a plus for me personally. My child went from being sad to go at the other school to saying "ooooh wow there's my school" every morning when we hit the Stonebrook Learning center driveway.

This daycare is the worst I ever seen. Director Brittany is scared and full of lies and always making Taylor do all her dirty work. Taylor with her little ugly self is very rude so many people talk about the Amanda been so sneaking. They make a difference in the kids they are very racists. They don't care about black kids at all. So much go in up there and they cover up a lot of things. The owner just want money. But that school is going to get in trouble with the state.

So my daughter applied here almost 2 months ago and got the run around the whole time they even spelt her name wrong ??so when it was time to fill the paper work out with identgco online it said wrong information so we called the director back when they are the ones that put the wrong information in from the beginning said they would fix it never did said they would get back never did. Honestly it is really sad she never worked their and you can tell they are very unorganized. My daughter was so excited to start her first job here and all 3 directors were saying different things the 1 said well we aren't spending anymore money getting her back ground check done again ??? The others oh yes we sent it off again u will get a email soon nope never did they said what we wanted to hear? Ok but yall made the mistake not my daughter. I have worked with daycares and this 1 is very unorganized and not professional at all gave us the run around the whole time and wasted my daughters time .

If you care about your children's safety and well being, please take them somewhere else! This place floods and the carpets and walls are all moldy! The director is mostly absent and her husband is the janitor, he refuses to do his job if she isn't there and begs him to complete simple tasks. The front desk people are horrible. They don't care about their employees one single bit and they definitely don't care about your children, just your money going into their pockets. They have 3 managers and they aren't even slightly good at their job.

I wouldn't trust this management team to walk a dog let alone care for your children... The state needs to shut this place down.

Life is hard, why does the daycare have to be so rigid. Being 4 minutes late to drop off at 10am should not be such a big deal.

Horrible daycare, they don’t care about their employees or the kids. They don’t sanitize which in turn keeps everyone up there sick! Also when they mail ex employees a check and it gets lost in the mail, they make the ex employee pay the $40 check cancellation fee which is not that employees responsibility! They don’t even deserve 1 star! This is a horrible company to work for and send your kids too

My son has been going here since he was one, he is now 2 1/2. He loves it!!! We have never had an issue with this facility. Teachers are great! We love everyone up in the front. I love the fact that anytime the littlest scratch happens I'm made aware of it! Put my son in daycare was so hard for me but I'm so glad we took him to stonebrook! Mine 10 year old will be starting there this summer also.

As a former employee that left with other seasoned employees. I can honestly say that if they would A- get rid of the director, she’s the reason a lot of the turn over happens. She’s rude to parents and staff, and refuses to help.B- put three teachers to a room: 30 three year olds and only two teachers does not work.C- pay more attention to parents wants instead of their needsD- separate the school aged students in the after school program. Mixing kinder to 6th grade is just asking for troubleE- let the teachers TEACH.F- Royse City has plenty of other great child care centers and after school program
