“The facility is your average rv/boat storage, with upgrades in process! Before we decided to go with this facility, we were told the fence would be higher and go down the length of the property for added security, and it was done! Most places just tell you things you want to hear to ensure you do business with them. The pricing is competitive to other places, if not cheaper which is always nice! Shannon was super friendly, accommodating and understanding. If you text or email him, he responds within minutes, with that being said great customer service was provided; which is sometimes difficult to come across these days! Josephine’s hidden little gem. “I had an issue with the car hauler I had and it couldn't be used. U-Haul searched the area and found what we needed at Pinky's. It was 103 in the shade. As soon as I walked in they knew who I was, got me fixed up and out the door with zero hassle. For what would normally be a stressful event, it was actually pleasant. I couldn't recommend Pinky's more.”
