Only one mechanic available for busy shop. Dropped off vehicle on a Monday and said it would be looked at Wednesday. Didn't get a call until Friday and just said you need a new transmission. Would not recommend to friends.

I was very hesitant to try a new auto shop, I’ve always taken my car to Ford, but when one shop gave a quote but couldn’t fix the issue, we decided to give Pro Auto a call and boy, were we relieved we did! Not only did they diagnose the issue with my car, but they said it was not what the first shop had diagnosed. They saved us thousands of dollars and my car was done in 2 days and is working great! The customer service was amazing. Getting updated calls and the friendliness of the staff made me feel so secure leaving my car in their hands. The owner was great and knew exactly what needed to be done. They definitely made us loyal to their shop and we will be back if any other issues arise. Definitely recommend this company.

Love they are just down the road and convenient. They stand by their work and are very reasonable. I have taken all of my cars here for several years. They also have the best drinks in that vending machine. Love the Georgia coffee.

My wife and I have been using Pro Auto for about 6 years now. We take all of our cars there for maintenance. Shaun has always been able to successfully diagnose and repair the issues. Their business is extremely sufficient and very reasonable with fees etc. I highly recommend them and I’ll continue to use them for our auto repair issues and maintenance. The worst experience to say the least. We took our truck over a month ago, just to run a diagnostic they billed us $460.00. This diagnostic was just telling them that one of the cylinders does not have pressure and they need to run a second diagnose to find out what valve or piston is clogged. For $500.00, if the second diagnosis showed there was a probability of finding out that the motor is bad. It would be a total of $960.00 spent, with a diagnostic that I could have done at the dealership for $250.00 in 1 day. The amount of time and lack of response from place is unacceptable.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I strongly suggest against going here.I had to leave a star so I could post.To keep this short.I've paid for CV axles and some front end repairs on our 08 Altima. Picked up the car.Drove the car 6.7 miles when I suffered transmission failure. They attempted to fix the come back, that didn't fix it. It was the easier fix to a greater problem the transmission CVT is now burnt.Making all the repairs and money spent... To be worthless.I've tried to resolve the issues through emails to no avail.I have not received a reply to their reply of proving it was there fault. I sent a 2nd diagnosis from a reputable shop. Stating my CVT transmission is now burnt after having CV axles replaced at another shop.I have not received any reply to my last few emails.I'm a dissatisfied customer that is now in a terrible loss.There are a few other issuing factors I could express here also. That I chose not to relenquish.Again don't bring your vehicles here.Services: Wheel alignment
