Worst mistake I ever made was attempting to switch from turbo tax to H&R Block. From scheduling the appointment, to my tax person not paying attention to my file and missing key points I kept bringing up and then her saying “okay we’re complete!” When again, she was missing multiple aspects that I was trying to address.After that encounter I went home to file online with them instead, and boy did that get even more chaotic. The customer service was non existent, and when I finally spoke to someone I was pushed to multiple people without anyone having ANY answers or guidance.I then called this office to figure out what needed to be done because it had been WEEKS. So understandably, I was very frustrated.And while I was talking with KAY THE MANAGER, she thought she hung up but I heard her say “she was so rude!” But yet took zero understanding of how insanely difficult this process has been.End of story, I went with turbo tax and they got me WAY more than HR Block did and completed in ONE day.Morale of the story… avoid HR block. There’s millions of other companies, don’t let this be the one you go with.

This was my first time setting an appointment with hrblock.This location cancelled my appointment less than 2 hours before our scheduled time! Scheduled with the one in Rockwall, and they kept the appointment but were not knowledgeable and made mistakes.We walked out and filed with turbo tax the next day.Will never use hrblock again after the last minute cancellation here and the service at the other office ?♀️

I had brought in amended tax returns but they were not prepared it had my return for many many weeks not filed then it was to late. Then Royse city HR were supposed to send to the Terrell location to be filed someone from the Terrell location traveled to the Royse city location to pick up my returns . My return was ultimately not filed correctly ! According to the IRS.
