This is my local shop, their prices are extremely reasonable. The people there are very friendly and go out of the way to make sure you're satisfied. I am making them my permanent mechanic. I love going to this auto service shop. The owners are super nice. When you buy your own oil it will be a good price. They are very attentive to your needs. They have a lot of knowledge and experience to work on your vehicles. They call you when your vehicles are ready. So definitely I would recommend to this shop to my friends and family.

Honest, reasonable and fixed right the first time. Small family run business that seems to care about it's customers. I've had both my Forester and Focus in for various repairs that NTB and Firestone quoted high....Nava's did the work for significantly less, and the repairs done right. They don't try to upsell and will be honest about what your car really needs. Only negative, being a family business: limited hours weekdays, closed on weekends.

Crooks don't know what they are doing save yourself the head ache and money. Twice I've gone and they try to sell me something that makes no sense to my concerns. I've worked in service departments for dealerships and know better than to go into a hole in the wall like this but it was close and convenient.

Worse experience they ripped me off for 500$ for a car that I didn't have a good two weeks never again they service is poor is there rude never again they knew the cars don't work an still try to sell them to you I recommend no one goes here

killer service, killer deals, I had trash credit and 3 repos but I was greeted by a scruffy white dude with a black and mild who told me he could get me into a cavalier for 500 bucks. He was a little stupid, but I took the deal anyway and now, 6 months later I paid it off! what a dealership
