Our Husqvarna ride on mower died-mid mowing and we had no way of getting to the dealership. We called Four Brothers and they came out, picked it up from the middle of our yard and loaded onto their trailer the next day. Their service department was straight forward about their Holiday business hours letting us know that it would be a few days before they would have a diagnosis. It's that kind of transparency that makes the difference to us. We just want to know what is going on and if there is a delay to be told upfront and they did that.

Absolutely great experience thanks to Juan and David! Contacted four brothers to purchase a new zero turn and got a quick response from Juan with the information I was seeking. The sale was taken over by David who was prompt with setting up a delivery and great to speak with. The delivery was on time with only one minor hiccup. The back of the seat had a minor tear in it. I sent a picture to David who immediately apologized and advised he would get me a new seat cover ASAP. Within ten minutes David contacted me again to advise that the cover had been ordered and was on the way. That's customer service you just don't see very often anymore ! Thank you for a great experience and I look forward to future business with y'all!

This place is amazing! I had the best customer service and Nicole is extremely informative and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend them enough.
