Painless experience. You can trust Gene! My drivers side window was stuck and he had it replaced the same day. I called the day prior and he had a quote for me within the hour. I dropped it off early am and it was ready to pick up before five!! Impressed with his efficiency and appreciated his kindness. Not many out there like this anymore.
