I brought my Stihl blower in for a repair. They sent me back to the service department and Casey (the location manager) saw me and said he would help me. I thought I would have to leave it for a few days, but instead he took it right to a workbench and fixed in about 10-15 minutes and didn't even charge me. You can't beat customer service like that!

They overcharge. I found another Scag mower dealer that charges 1/2 that which Four Brothers charges. I bought my mower there but I won’t return.
