I’ve been going to Danny for going on 9 years and always felt I was in good hands. I’ve been going to the Royse City location for two years, maybe longer, and I no longer feel that way. I’ve had portions of my vehicle taken apart, for repairs, and not put back correctly. Just sloppy work without care and consideration for others property. Doug is not good for the business I respected and trusted. He never takes responsibility and I’ve had numerous issues since he’s been running the shop. His goal is to have a record breaking $$$$$$ month for the shop, his words not mine. If that’s your focus, then the customer is no longer in your best interest. And your probably rushing your techs which doesn’t allow them to put vehicles back together correctly, break stuff and forget to recharge an A/C or add fluids.
Greg at the Mesquite location is a good human, does right by his customers and i highly recommend that location. Greg thank you for all your hard work and great communication I sure wish you were in Royse City.
I know I’m just one customer and this review will probably not phase the location messing up a trusted business but maybe it will help a consumer looking for a place to have your auto serviced. I won’t be taking mine there again.

When we first took our daughter’s car we were told we needed to pay a fee to have a full diagnostic done to see exactly what is wrong with her car so we did that. Doug was helpful at first told us what was wrong and how much it would cost and even agreed to let it sit there while repairs were done until we paid it off. Kept getting calls about something else that was found that and gave the price each time then said one last part we need to get the check engine light off that’s another few few hundred so we added that on as well. By the end the check engine light was still on and we were told it need something else so at that point we just pulled the car out. We were told one price and then at time of pay were being charged over a thousand more than what was told. They said they made a mistake on our bill and lowered it so now we have a car not knowing if anything was done because of course I forgot to ask for the old parts, check engine light is still on which that’s what we originally took it in for and now when we took it in there the ac was working and now it’s not. We had it filled with coolant and every drop came out! So we had it looked at and they showed us a hole made in the line from previous repairs that were done at this shop because we have not moved the car until now after getting it back! Also they gave it back to us with the seats unattached and the old dashboard in the seat. I would never recommend this place we had a terrible experience and now we have to spend more money fixing the ac they decided to bust a hole in and say nothing about!

These guys saved me today and took the time to one bring me and pick me up from my home which was about a 10 minute drive while they took care of my truck. Guess you can say I will be going here from now on for any auto mechanic problems.

Love dannys automotive. They take very good care of me and my truck. Especially since I work out of it every day. It's my life line to keep my little pool company going. They fixed my ac and brakes. The price is reasonable and they are great folks. I highly recommend them. Thank you Danny's!
