came through this evening st 6:30 in a rush with 2 sick kids, got the prescription and got home just to notice that they gave us someone else's prescription and have to load 2 sick kids back up and come back, deal with incompetence and finally get his prescription after 8 p.m. what a nightmare. sorry patricia hope you didn't need that prescription I was given marked 'critical'!

Garbage cans overflowing. Cart corral‘s completely full. Few to no carts in store. Teenagers sitting in the wheelchairs. At the front of the store. Where the carts are supposed to be. On their phones. Teenagers standing around looking at the self checkouts. The only people working in this store are the customers.

I shopped here again because it's closer to me than the Wylie location. I have learned my lesson! Never again! This store is poorly stocked and the majority of your staff are not helpful. I was unable to retrieve an item that was at the back of of shelf. I requested help from an employee stocking who was just a few feet from me. I said "excuse me sir" three times. The last time, he made eye contact with me and then continued to ignore me. I finally got the attention of a young lady doing pickup shopping who sent someone to help. This is a continuous problem with poor stocking and dis-courteous employees. I will drive out of my way to Wylie.

No one will answer the phone at the main desk or any departments. The manager of food delivery is very rude and offers no help, I believe her name is Renee and she needs to be replaced by somebody that is qualified. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing and not up-to-date on store policies and procedures. Extremely disappointing.

I have always gone to this Walmart with out a problem until today. They have a manager name AMY there that is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Granted I have seen her several times talking to her employees and other customers very rudely but today she was just completely out of line. When I arrived I asked a group of employees (no one said they were manager) if I could use the coinstar machine. Amy said no with no explanation. So I approached the employee guard

You can make it better by not stopping people from coming in who don't go around the tape when there's no one in line to get in. They told me I couldn't come in unless I walked back down the ramp and around the tape -- just to end up in the exact same spot I was standing at. I'm in my scrubs and had just worked 10 hours at the hospital, but I couldn't get into the store because I didn't walk around the tape! How ridiculous is that?

This is hands down the worst Walmart for any store pickup. Now on 4 occasions we have sat for over 35 minutes waiting. Checked in, called twice and watched several cars still get helped before us. This is insane. Absolutely insane. What's the point of taking our names, asking us to call if there is no process in which the associates follow when it comes to cars who have been waiting. This is ridiculous. And then to have an employee want to argue the I have a one track mind. Well when you're coming out to bring orders, maybe take a look around and see what cars have been sitting here for some time. What is the process for this service? I took a screenshot of when I checked in to the time it took to get my order. Ridiculous. Check your cameras and watch how disorganized your pickup is.

This is the worst ran Walmart I've ever seen. No stock, pushing bulk, the cashiers are rude as hell. I've posted in the past, now I'm going straight to corporate office!! Our town has waited on a grocery store for many years, we've signed petitions, we've sent letters to stores, etc.. we where excited to get a Walmart here, and from day one, no produce, no water, no meat. The list goes on and on. I pray that you guys get it together, and or another store comes to our town. In the mean time, I'll keep going east for my groceries. Thank you

I've been trying to call since 8 to ask a question about their return policy on recalled dog food since I just bought a thirty dollar bag and don't want to lug it up to the store if they won't refund my money. I got put on hold for 23 minutes then tried to call back 3 more times and just got hung up on. I just needed one question answered and no one could be bothered to take the time to answer it. Terrible customer service.
