Super place. I’ve taken several deer and pigs here to process. Always a quick turnaround. A little more expensive than a couple of neighboring places, but the quality, options, and speed are all WAY better. Definitely worth the price. I’ve also just stopped by to buy some things. Never had a bad experience. You want to pay walmart prices, go to walmart. You want great quality and fantastic options, this is your spot.

So glad I bought rib eyes and filet mignons for my son’s 40th birthday celebration from Butcherman’s! They were the most flavorful and tender we have ever had from any store or butcher shop in north Texas! This butcher shop is the very best!

Stopped by after hearing a recommendation for Butcherman's and they did not disappoint.The folks behind the counter are super warm and top-notch. I had the my kiddos in tow with me so they offered them some lollipops which had them super excited.The meat, though, is out of this world. The sausage is great and their smoked turkey is the best turkey I've ever had, hands down. They made a customer out of me! Give 'em a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

My friend and I stumbled upon this place while looking for a brewery in Royce City. We took the wrong exit on I-30 and saw a sign for a butcher shop. Since we were already on an adventure, we decided to check it out. So glad we did! We picked up sausages and burgers. The bacon, cheese burger was absolutely incredible. You can taste the quality in the meat, it was so freaking good. The sausages were great too. Everybody we spoke to was so nice and down to earth. I love supporting this small business ?

Very good quality meats and super friendly service. The shop is super well maintained as well. We will definitely be coming back for some fresh eggs, meats and delicious jalapeño poppers!

I stopped by here today for the first time & they greeted me like family. The people here are top notch. They had an awesome selection of meats & I was able to get a smoked chicken fresh off the smoker & o m g it’s the best smoked chicken I’ve ever had in my life. Seriously, I will be replacing my monthly butcher box order with these guys. It makes such a big difference when you support locally! So thankful I found this gem right next to my neighborhood. They have fresh farm eggs too.

Visiting the Butcherman and his staff was a great experience. I ordered smoked ribs and turkey legs. Shopped the deli cases while we chatted with the staff. I really appreciated talking to the man and getting to know the person from where my family's food comes from. Tasted everything when we got home prepping for a party. I am looking forward to going back very soon.*Would like to add they offer fresh eggs when available. The yolks are golden and delicious.
