Manny has great customer service. Very knowledgeable of his job. Main office is clean and smells great. The prices are decent. Amanda at Rockwell answered all questions before I went to Roy city office. Making the paper process quick. Property is very clean as well.

We have had a storage unit for the last year and the experience has been wonderful! It’s very clean inside and around the units. The staff here is so wonderful! Nicole helped me out last time I was here and she is just the sweetest and most accommodating person!! Thank you guys for being so amazing!

I had a great experience at BTS Self Storage in Royse City! The onsite manager was very helpful and extremely pleasant to talk too. The units she showed me were clean and ready to move in. Highly recommend if you're in need of storage solutions.
