They were able to easily schedule in the same phone call as filing my claim, could get my car in within the week and drop off was super smooth. “To anyone looking for a collision repairI just wanted to say that working with Josh at T&A Collision was such a blessing. I was involved in a minor accident and was looking online to find a collision repair shop close to my area. I found T& A Collision online and I called the office number early on a Saturday morning. I was expecting to get a voicemail since it was a Saturday morning, but instead I actually spoke to Josh directly. I explained my situation to him. As he was getting ready to go to work, He invited me to meet with him at his shop so he can assess the damage to my vehicle. We both agree to meet up at his shop. around 10am. Upon arrival at T&A in Caddo Mills, I was beginning to ask if I had made the right decision. To be honest, at first glance I had my reservations about giving him my business because there seem to be a lot of project cars within the area and it was a bit concerning to me, but i been told before never to judge a book by its cover. Nonetheless, I still kept my commitment and met with Josh in person. Right from the start to the end of our encounter, He was always extremely polite and professional. I told him that I would need to drop off my car and need to get a ride to the care rental place. He offered to help me out by getting me a ride to the nearest place but I had already made travel agreements. In all the repair was quick, painless and was completed with no issues as shown in my provided image. His service to my vehicle needs far exceed my expectations and his professionalism is FAR BEYOND exceptional. He handled all the back and forth with the insurance company and claim adjustor and kept in constant communication with me about my vehicle repairs. “Had to get the super clean super duty repairedI was losing coolant quickly, and it didn’t look like it was a simple fix to me, and I was sure that wasn’t going to be all because I was experiencing a little lack of power and some blow back from the turbo exhaust tube under the hood but when I had Had no other choice but to have it repaired immediately. I was thankful that I was able to get it in for service without having to wait for another day to make an appointment and I was very pleased that what I’m told is a three day job was done just under two days, another need I had they were able to fulfill and that was I needed a loaner. My F250 is my only vehicle it does it all but mommy needed to go to the doctor. She has glaucoma and dementia and I was happy to have a nice clean F150 loaner so that I could get my mother to her eye doctor appointment.”

“100% satisfied. I have a 40’ Toyhauler and a 33’ enclosed business trailer. Tomas has repaired both of them multiple times for exactly what he quoted and finished when he said he would. He’s repaired and rebuilt the slides and slide roofs on my Toyhauler. Had one little issue and he fixed it the next day. Completely recommend Tomas as he has exceeded my expectation every time. Best prices in town. He has even stopped by to check on the work after he’s closed up shop and given me advice. He has coached me on winterizing and it came out successful.”
