I cannot speak highly enough of the amazing service I received at 66 Automotive! My car has been having some issues, and I wanted to take it somewhere close by. I found 66 Automotive and thought I'd give them a try. It took them 2 days to completely finish a fairly major repair. Then, 1 week later, I found another issue with my car. They had that all fixed up for me in 1 day.
I know where I will be going from now on anytime my car is giving me trouble. I don't wish car trouble on anyone, but everyone who is having car issues should try them out!

Went for the safety and emissions inspection needed to renew the vehicle registration. It was done within 10min. However, the official fee is $25.50 and I was charged $27. When I questioned the amount, the employee said that maybe the owner charges a fee for using a credit card, but there wasn't a notification posted anywhere making customers aware. Not professional at all and probably against the law.

I've been coming here for inspections, maintenance, etc for a few years now and they are always so kind! It's nice and air conditioned in the waiting area. The service itself is also done correctly! And quickly if they can help it! I truly appreciate it :) Highly recommend!

My husband came home at 4:15 with a huge hole in his tire. We brought his truck here and we were leaving before 5! They were very helpful and friendly. Their price was reasonable also.

Took time off of work to bring my car in for specific repairs after i was given an estimate for these repairs about a week or 2 prior. (rear main seal replacement on a RWD car) and told that they could do the repairs. Brought it to them as soon as they opened one day (I scheduled this appointment with the lady at the front desk the day prior that answers the phones) and dropped it off for the day. Got a call about 1.5 hrs later after i already left the area for the day and was told by the owner that they aren’t basically aren’t competent enough to perform the repairs that i brought the car there for. He blamed it on an employee that quoted the job to me saying “he’s only a 24 year old so he doesn’t know we shouldn’t be taking on these kinds of repairs.” They also made multiple other excuses as to why they couldn’t do the job. Mind you I am a mechanic that doesn’t like working on his own vehicles and this is not an overly complicated job to do, so i brought it to a MECHANIC SHOP to be fixed where they have HYDRAULIC VEHICLE LIFTS but apparently they have no idea what they’re doing. All the way from the people that answer the phone all the way up to the owner. so i would recommend you stay away from this place. I will never go back!

Super friendly and helpful mechanics. Just moved to Texas and needed to get an inspection on my car so I can get it registered. Stopped by and they immediately got to work and got me in and out in under 15 minutes. They even helped answer questions I had about where to get the registrations done.I asked for a quote on my breaks and was immediately given an upfront estimate. Definitely will be coming back to do all my maintenance. If you're in the Royse City area, do yourself a favor a come here.

Wonderful experience. I came here because it is incredibly close to where I live and I needed an inspection done. They completed everything in about 10 minutes. The staff was very friendly and sweet MiMi kept me company while I waited. Highly recommend, will definitely be back. :)
