From start to finish, was the best service I've ever recieved. Lewis, the owner is extremely knowledgeable! Honestly him and his staff has earned a customer for life here and j will never not recommend him to friends/family. He was so swomped with work and still managed to get my AC system completely diagnosed and replaced in a matter of 2 days in between many many other jobs. When parts didn't arrive on time due to an accident with order, he sent his guys to Dallas to pick up parts to still finish the day he said it would be done. Good quality customer service is hard to find these days and with the awful luck I've had with my van he still was able to make us happy. Thank you times a million guys! Yall are fantastic!! Bravo! Other establishments should take notes!! -put the customer first and you will succeed!

Beware of Unscrupulous Practices at 5150
I visited 5150 hoping for an honest service for my old car, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The owner, Jason, seems to have a dubious business model that targets vulnerable customers, especially older women. During my visit, I noticed Jason pressuring several elderly ladies into unnecessary and expensive repairs.
Worse yet, a reliable source later informed me that parts from some clients' vehicles were being removed and sold without their knowledge or consent. This deceitful behavior not only questions the integrity of the repairs but also the safety of the vehicles being serviced. I strongly advise all potential customers to steer clear of this establishment unless you want to risk both your wallet and your safety.

My truck went in the shop on March 4, 2022 and it’s still there nothing has been done. I call and never can get ahold of anyone and when I do never really an update it’s that we are going to get to it. I even offered to pay for what has been done for towing it to the shop so I can have it taken somewhere else and was told was going to get it done this past week and still can’t get ahold of anyone.

Thank you to Louis and his staff for helping me get my car fixed. It was an issue with Kia and Louis was able to get it resolved and get my Kia fixed. I will be taking my daughters Camry to Louis to get her air fixed. Louis went above and beyond of any other garage I've ever dealt with. Thank you for all your honest work.

My husband, son and I are in Texas (from Arizona) spending the holidays with my family that lives here. On our way to our motel room last night the check engine icon came on. Since I have a lifetime warranty (on the car), I took it to the local Chrysler dealership here and was told about how backed up they are and how I would have to leave my car and it wouldn't have a diagnostic run on it until January 8th! We are driving back to Arizona on January 2nd. The warranty rep told me that I could bring my car to a certified mechanic, so I called one shop and the person on the phone said that I would have to drop off my car the next morning and that their shop would have to do a diagnostic test of their own (I had taken my car to Auto Zone first and they diagnosed it and it had a bad thermostat) to see if anything else was wrong, and it would cost me $89 dollars. Besides this young man's rudeness, he was very shady. So I called 5150 Garage and I explained to the person who answered the phone my dilemma, and he was very kind and patient and said that he possibly had a thermostat that would fit my Chrysler Town and Country and offered to look at my car the same day. I asked what his name was and he said Lewis and that he was also the owner. So needless to say we took our car to 5150 Garage and Lewis greeted us and checked the thermostat he had and said it was the right one and went ahead and had it installed. My husband and I were so relieved and very impressed with Lewis' professionalism, kindness, honesty and willingness to help out 2 out of towners in need. We highly recommend 5150 Garage in Royse City. As soon as we got to my sister's house I gave my family Lewis' information so they can take their vehicles to 5150 Garage for any future maintenance and any repairs their vehicles may need.

Would not recommend. They do not answer phones at all, but if you actually walk in the office they are sitting in there phones ringing! Parts were always a week late coming in after he said they'd be there that day. They don't keep you up to date on what's going on after 3 weeks of no answers. Would never recommend!

My heating and cooling seats had a huge recall on them and of course Ford says I was NOT on the list.. Lewis fought for my car and got the parts we needed! Now I have life time warranty on my headlights! Overall great service!! Always kept me updated through the whole process!!Services: Electrical repair

As a self employed service professional myself, I always recognize top notch caliber service people. Fuel pump died in my 10000 pound 2015 2500HD utility truck so I got lots of NO's from other local shops on the repair. Not only did Lewis take the job, he squeezed it in and jumped right on it so I could get back to work asap. I had the truck back in less than 24hrs!
