In self-checkout had a cashier or worker behind me close enough to touch my butt as I'm checking stuff out as a cashier or worker in front of me is watching the whole thing. Y'all really need to work on your loss prevention And actually go after the ones who are actually stealing . Some of us have PTSD and don't appreciate strangers in my three foot personal space. Y'all even have necessary items locked where a worker has to unlock it whereas you go across the street to Tom thumb does none of this I come here against my will only because Tom thumb doesn't sell everything.

The pharmacy department is awful. My mom went to get her medicine which she needs to take everyday. We have been waiting for them to prepare it for days her doctor even told us she had requested it a month ago. When she first went they told her to wait half an hour so she went to do some errands and then I came with her to pick it up, and when I asked they told me to wait an hour and half. I told them that my mom didn’t eat yet because she needs to drink this medicine before she eats and that we’ve been waiting for them to prepare it. I was in the drive through so they just closed their mics after I said that, spoke to each other for a few minutes and I just watched them put the medicine in the back, gave it to me and didn’t say anything else. No apology or nothing.

I swear only one nice associate works there. (Props to the lady in grocery Pick up) every single manager and cashier I met here was always rude to me and acted like they are new. I bet turnaround is very high here. As a former manager at Walmart, this store is a disaster. I hope they call corporate to retrain their managers.

Horrible customer services I greeted the young man with hello sir no response he continued to put my groceries in the back and dropped a sweet and sour sauce glass behind my car stated someone would bring me another I proceeded to say thank you again no response I got home to take out my groceries there is sauce spilt and he just threw the remaining groceries in the trunk without a bag and I have sauce in some of my groceries. I have never had a good experience with Walmart pickup customer service.

There was one person at the front of the store, no registers open. Asked associate to request a checkout at register and was told no one was available. I understand that it was 9:00pm but the store does not close until 11:00pm. Surprised this place has not been rob or have extremely high shrinkage due to one associate in the front monitoring close to 12 people checking out at one time at self check-out. This store seldom has all items in stock. A lot of bare shelves every time you go to this location. It is the closest store near us.
