Rude, phamacists decide how many pills he will dispense, no matter how many pills were written for, and then charge me and the insurance company as though the entire RXhad been filled This is a particular problem with a scheduled drug like Tylenol 3. It's despicable to treat cancer patients like this. Even when we needed antibiotics stat...it took them 4 days to get them in....I could go on and on. but I figure it won't be posted anyway.

I can't recommend this pharmacy highly enough. The pharmacist is amazing - I wasn't able to make it until 10 minutes before closing, but called on the way to verify they had my prescription. I knew it was close to the end of the day, but I had another prescription there ready to be picked up anyway. So I get someone on the line, and she said yes we do have the medication (it had been on manufacturer backorder) but it's 10 minutes to close so you'll need to pick it up in the morning. I said sure, no problem, I will go ahead and pick up my other prescription today since I'm already in line at the drive thru.When I pulled up to the window maybe 5 minutes later, the pharmacist had also filled the other prescription that I was going to have to wait on. I didn't ask her to, and I wasn't the tiniest bit upset I would have to wait until the next day, but she filled it anyway and was just so kind when I pulled up to the window. Now that's great customer service!

Arrived 3 mins before open in the drive through, friendly man asked me for my details, tells me the pharmacist will be over shortly. I waited 30 seconds for the pharmacist, asks me questions if i've taken it before etc. Charges me $4 and i'm on my way.

Horrible store. Never anyone working the registers and half the self check out lanes are always down. They are clueless up here. This store needs better management and better training. I think we are all fed up about now.

This pharmacy is violating HIPPA in so many ways.Today while discussing my prescription and diagnosis the pharmacist manager was frustrated and walked away still talking. The entire pharmacy, including customers, now know more about my diagnosis than I do!

Somebody call the Walton's and ask who's d*** idea was this? I understand the 6ft apart, and gloves. But this doesn't make any sense, it's a bit extra and d**** AND a waist of payroll to set this mess up.

I was here around 1 o'clock today, 2/22/20, when I lost $60 in the store. It had come out of my back pocket, probably when I pulled my phone out, stupid, I know, don't lecture me... lol, anyway... I called later just KNOWING they were going to tell me that no one turned it in... well, someone DID turn it in, one of their employees. I am just blown away by that. They could have easily pocketed it and didn't. It's just nice to know there are still trustworthy people in the world among all this bad we see. I wasn't told who turned it in, but if you see this, I want you to know how much I appreciate you, I have 3 kids to feed and I really couldn't afford to lose $60. You are seriously, THE BEST.

Was forced to switch to Walmart Pharmacy due to insurance. Used to be a high-volume Walgreens employee. CVS wasn't bad, but my experience with Walmart has been about what I used to hear people say. Specifically, I have had to "refill" my meds two or three times before they are actually filled. The status will show up as pending and then...nothing. No status, no phone calls. Silence. Takes a really long time to get through the drive through, even when I am the only person in line. I waited 20 minutes one day on myself to pick up prescriptions that were supposedly already filled...not a single customer in sight other than myself. Bad, Walmart. Bad.

Told me my prescription will be in tomorrow. I endure the pain another day. Actually it won't beer in until the next day. Call in to have them transfer the prescription, they wouldn't have gotten it until next week. Clearly they dont understand the importance of their job. Trusomeone else

Was trying to post this picture for the Walmart bakery at 8800 Lakeview on Rowlett. This is the goodest and bestest golden chicken I've seen at any Walmart I've been too cuz usually it's dark and crispy so hat's off to them

Terrible, the employees don't know the basics of how to redeem a gift card. Including the trash customer service mgrs "csm". Avoid the disgusting raspy brunette Customer service mgr with rotten teeth. You can't miss her. She tried to redeem my e gift card with another gift card. I'm not an employee and I even know that's not possible. Kerry, the walking dead assistant mgr is an old fart smart a*** Courtney Melton is the store manager that knows how to b******** Trash store, trash employees, trash service, trash company. Point, blank.
