I was picking up a doordash order yesterday (5/15/24) and walked in and was informed the systems were down due to a power outage from the construction on the street. Perfectly fine nothing anyone could do. Went about my shopping got to the front counter and waited, chatted with the very nice and courteous workers when they informed me that the pharmacy system had come back up and they could check me out in the back. Awesome, cool. So I go back there and what I would assume is the lead pharmacist, he was wearing a white coat, after telling them why I'm back there proceeds to pick up the phone and call I would assume the front of the store and tell them "if you're going to send someone back here to check out send one of the front workers back because my assistants don't know how to use the system" which is entirely wrong as it is also part of their job, why else would the system let them cash anyone out that wasn't only buying meds. Just wanted to write this so he can get a reality check and just be a little more courteous to his fellow workers for something that is out of their control. Thanks

They say my script is on back order every month but fill other people’s that have the same script. This is an ongoing issue and they’re leaving it up to the people in the pharmacy to pick and choose who they want to fill scripts for instead of filling them in order they received.

Disgusted by how I was treated by the pharmacy. Yesterday, I drop off a prescription they tell me great no problem we'll have it done before 8:00 I get a call an hour later hey we don't have the veterinarian who wrote the script in our system so we're going to have to call him and confirm tomorrow. This isn't great because it's lifesaving medicine I'm getting for my dog he can't really miss it but I say, fine that's okay. I call as soon as they open the next day to see if they got in contact with the vet to confirm the prescription. The girl says yes no problem we got it confirmed but we have to wait for one of the pills to come in our orders arrive at 3:00. That's fine, so at 5:00 I drive to the drive-thru and she happily only gives me one pill bottle and I'm like hey they're supposed to be two and the girl is like oh no it looks like that other pill bottle is coming in on Monday. I told her no I was told it would be there. The pharmacist comes out I don't know his name he looked a little bit like Dr Evil from Austin Powers. He holds the script up to the window and he says hey your veterinarian can't use a stamp he has to sign it. It looks like a signature to me not a stamp, but that's besides the point I tell him I called earlier and they said they would have my script and he says no they probably just meant one of them and I said no they were clear that it was for both and at this point I'm just like please give me my script back and he's like well no I wrote all over this one I don't think another pharmacist will take it. What? I went across the street to the CVS and they had my pill in stock and fulfilled my prescription right there! super ridiculous and I felt like each person I talked to there lied in some way but for what reason I don't know, just be honest and say you can't fulfill my prescription!! What if this had been human heart medicine they would have lied and let a human go 5 days without it? Also no one offered to look up where they did have my medicine in stock for me to drive there myself, which I didn't think to do at the time, but would have been helpful

Just walked out of this location (9/1/23 @ 8:46 p.m.). The young lady with the braids in this location has the most attentive and most sincere customer service (rare). I smiled walking out. She will go far, and I hope you all recognize that you have a gem.

Unhelpful pharmacy staff closes drive thru while people are still in line waiting. After being told our prescription would be ready at 8:30 and it was not ready. Told to move out of the drive thru at 8:45 and circled around and waited behind someone else only to get closed down on. Wouldn't even help transfer the prescription to another open pharmacy. Never going back.

Simon at the pharmacy was awesome! We just left the hospital from a surgery and we got our prescription very fast and with no issues unlike most CVS' in our area! Walgreens, keep it up!

I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. we were in the middle of receiving my wife's prescription when the worker shut the window on us and said "we are going on lunch break. Come back in 30 minutes." this is not the first negative interaction I have had with these people. it is clear they lack professionalism and common sense. if you don't want to be treated poorly then I recommend going to another location.

Easily the most uncooperative and poorly run pharmacy I've ever used. The pharmacists and techs are slow, start filling scripts late, constantly make mistakes, and they act like they hate being there. Thankfully a change of insurance means we can switch to CVS across the street.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Not only do they don’t care or show an ounce of empathy, they are consistently talking down to customers and making errors. Do yourself a favor drive 5 minutes to someone who cares. This is a patient centered healthcare system filled with people such as these employees that do it for the paycheck rather than care. Never in my life have I been spoken to so poorly by the “manager” and all of his 20 some years full of customer service let alone healthcare nor management. No wonder the team u is s so bad seeing the leadership.

Omg. we go to pharmacy because we feel bad, we need help. This location lacks all around from pharmacist to his assistants. Iam having my meds transferred. No wonder theirs bad reviews, low numbers. They lack humanity compassion, seriously awful. So many things. I will tell others not to use this location. Bad staff..

Since Covid there pharmacy hours are hard to get used to, especially when most physicians open at 8/8-30 AM. I would prefer them to be able to fill a script when the doctors send them over electronically, rather than go back out to get them. They are fairly helpful in person and the pharmacy department recognizes routine customers; sometimes they even give out dog treats through the drive-thru if you have your pup with you.

Janet is an extremely rude person. Walgreens do yourself a favor and terminate Janet! From now on, I go to CVS. They couldn't be worse.

If you have to use the pharmacy and are unlucky enough that you have to deal with Robin, (A pharmacist), do yourself a favor, find someone else. Been going there for years and every time I've talked with this man not only is he condescending but he also seems to believe he is superior, above all and can do no wrong. I would give this place a 3 or even a 4 star rating due to the fact that all the others I've dealt with there truly are nice and helpful. However, due to this man, he drags it all the way down...
