I see several mediocre reviews for this location. I’ve got to say my experience on 7-12-23 was stellar. When I arrived, the store was empty. No lines No waiting. Score! Then Russel looked at my phone and diagnosed the issue In about 6 minutes. The day prior, I’d spent a cumulative 4.5 hrs on the chat line and phone support. About 15 minutes later, I departed with a fully functional phone. So all in all, I left a very satisfied customer.

Ruby really went above and beyond to make sure my situation with a phone purchased in another state got cleared up. With the managers help, everything got sorted and I left with a brand new working phone. Thank you for your effort and perseverance. (I REALLY didnt want to have to drive back to Tennessee!

GREAT STORE! Isaiah, the manager, is superb and very detail oriented and helpful. You can make an appointment in advance and they had in stock what we needed and were quick to help us sort our various offers and the difference in the bill for upgrades. I had such a good experience we definitely will be back!

I'm happy to say that I had a fantastic experience with Isaiah at this location trading in my phone for a new one. He was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful with any questions I had during my visit. He went above and beyond in my opinion to make sure I was comfortable with it before I left the store.He was very polite to the people that came in during our transaction. He's only ONE person that can only do so much at one time. So many people leave bad reviews because they don't take responsibility & ownership for their own actions & inactions.Thank you Isaiah for treating me like a human being. I will be back to buy more stuff from this location.

Had a great experience here when my husband traded his phone in and got a new one. We wanted to go back when I decided to do the same so we drove the 20 mins from garland to rowlett at 9:30 in the morning. Their hours said they open at 10 am and we got there right at 10 and they were closed. We waited til about 10:20 then left and I ended up doing everything online. Pretty disappointed.

HORRIBLE COMPANY (RUSSLE CELLULAR) THAT HAS A HUGE FEE FOR EVERYTHING. WENT TO GO CANCEL MY APPLE WATCH CELLULAR SERVICE AND THEY CHARGED ME $35 CANCELLATION FEE!!!! THATS RIDICULOUS. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. GO STRAIGHT TO AN ACTUAL VERIZON RETAILER PEOPLE OR CALL AND CANCEL IT YOURSELF AND NOT RUSSLE CELLULAR.

The hours on the door don’t match their websites. They had a sign out that stated they would be back from lunch at 12:25. I waited outside the store till 12:45 when the two employees that were sitting at their desk finally let me in. Then they baited and switched me real hardcore like the professional scam artists that work at this location.
