The guy who delivers in Rowlett's area has always been saying that he delivers and he didn't. It's already happened to me three times, I'm tired of this. The first time it says that it was delivered at the front door, but there was nothing there. I went to the USPS office the next day and the guy who delivers it was there and told me in the face that he delivered it at my front door, so when I was leaving the office to go home, the same guy who told me that he left it at my front door was leaving my package in the mailbox. The second time the same. The package was supposedly delivered, but it was not two more days waiting for the package. I never got it. I went to the USPS office and my package was in the office. The third time same but the difference is that I still don’t got my package. I went to USPS office and like always they just ask for my number and they will call me back and they never do.

I can not stress this enough the worst customer service ever. does not matter who you are they will always have a nasty attitude. Started my passport process and was no help when their job is to make sure my Application is correct. Did not get his name but the older Indian guy told me he was not required to check my application but mind you my application was sent twice back because an additional information was needed. And even watching them with other customers is actually disgusting. They should just close the store down. as well had me waiting to talk to a supervisor, who also didn’t care.

Deplorable customer service. The man is nice and always helps me promptly but the woman at the counter is rude, and she kept rushing me. I needed some tape for my priority mail and a sticker for the address because this is the only location that I’ve been to that DOESNT HAVE Address stickers out? Anyways she was rude and didn’t let me fill out the address at the counter because she wanted to help the woman behind me. I already had the address in hand I wash going to take long at all. And to top it she was very rude about it??? I feel so dissatisfied with their service today which is a shame because this was my go to USPS center. Guess I’ll have to go to the other Garland one.

I am sad about the kind of service I got here, because I actually got in before 5pm. I was trying to ensure my package was sealed. The black man with dreadlocks said something rude under his breath, and told me to go do self-service. There was an Indian man and woman there that weren't helpful too. I could not operate the self service myself and he had pulled down the thing. The next day is 4th of July where public offices were closed. I'd certainly give 0 stars if I can.

I'm giving this place one star, even though I wouldn't want to give it any. The front desk people are very condescending. They speak very badly to everyone. They're not friendly. There's a black man and an Indian man or something like that who don't deserve that rating. They should take better care of the people who come. There's also an Indian woman who's a bit nicer, but I really don't recommend going.

Hello to Rowlett residents. I don’t understand why this post office has less than five stars. This is actually the best post office that I’ve ever been to in my life since I’ve been living in Dallas. They are very respectful, punctual and are considerate of your needs. I’ve never had a problem with anyone there since I’ve lived in Rowlett.
The front desk is very fast paced they get the job done. Thanks Rowlett Post Office. Job well done.🌹🫡👏

I when to drop off some letters, I didnt get her name but my receipt says clerk 07, she is an African American older lady. While waiting for my turn. An older white lady with a hurt leg was carrying a medium-sized box 📦 kinda seemed heavy. The clerk lady tells her she needs to seal her box with tape. she asked if she could please have a little bit to close her box, and the clerk answered no, that she needs to purchase a tape roll for 3.99. the lady said she was going to a dollar store to buy tape and come back. A guy next to her who just purchased a tape offered to give her tape from his roll. the clerk older lady, said no, that she needed to buy her tape. So the lady had to leave with her package back to her car to go buy tape. The clerk was so rude. And when it was my turn. She was also very rude and had bad customer service. USPS, please hire more caring and nicer people at yall location.

If I can give zero stars I would. The Indian guy working today 4.25 at 2:50 pm was beyond rude and giving me a difficult time that noone has ever given me in my many times coming here for the same shipping
He was beyond rude and huffing and puffing the whole time and embarrassed me in front of a line full of people. Do not come to this location. This place is racist and extremely unprofessional

I was there before 12pm.
Found out that they took a walkin before 12noon.
That is false information.
