While my mother was shopping in this store to buy a pack of cigarettes and my daughter was waiting outside, a customer exited the store and approached my daughter. He asked if she wanted something from his bag and then directed her toward his car, telling her to retrieve it there. Unfamiliar with the man and fearful of strangers, my daughter went inside and informed my mother. The man drove off shortly after.
I contacted the manager several times, requesting access to the video footage that clearly captured the incident from both inside and outside the store. The manager informed me that I could not view the footage until the owner had reviewed it first. Despite my repeated follow-ups, I have not received any updates from the manager. At this point, I’m unsure if this delay is due to protecting a potential predator or simply a matter of being too busy.
I even offered the manager $200 to review and share the footage with me, but he stated that, per the owner’s request, he could not allow me to view it until the owner had done so first. I am deeply concerned and still awaiting a response.

Excellent lounge, extremely friendly very comfortable and great selection, shop keeper extraordinary friendly and introduced me to the guys around the lounge, I’m visiting from Tampa and always been very welcome here!! This is my second visit. Definitely my home away from home.Visited the Rowlett location.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 20 plus years spending over $400 a month. Because of health concerns I am no longer allowed to partake of tobacco products. Yesterday I tried to return or exchange 2 unopened cartons of cigarettes I'd purchased recently. The gentleman in the store made a phone call to someone and when he hung up his only response to me was "we can't accept returns or give credit or exchanges". To the best of my calculations I've spent well over $96,000 in years past. I would have thought there might have been a little better customer service for a loyal customer. Guess I was wrong.WOW! Only a short time after posting this I received a message from the owner. I am thrilled to say he was most apologetic and was willing to work with me. Thank you David for your speedy and sincere response. God bless.

This is my go to spot for Cigars for my husband, the place is ALWAYS clean, I love that they have an amazing filtration system so my eyes aren't burning when I leave, and Dobie is top notch!!! He knows the company and products so well. Dobie was extremely helpful and really took the time to answer all my questions, my husband had always loved the cigars he has recommended. I will be back because of the charming atmosphere, I'll stay and spend my money because of Dobie.

WOW! Clean, comfortable lounge. Nice selection of cigars and pipe tobacco. Very friendly owner. I would make this my go to cigar lounge if I lived closer. Will definitely stop by anytime I'm in town!
