I have been a long time Customer of thr Vapor Bar in Rowlett. I came in thr store after being under new Owners. The Owner is Fabulous, the store looks great and filled with a ton of different product. On my next visi, I had the pleasure of meeting Jessica, she was such a joy to have met. Very knowledgeable and sweet. Between the Owner and Jessica I was able to get my small issue resolved favorably. Love this store and New Management.. Thank You Rowlett Vapor Bar for staying open and continuing to service your Customers with Excellence.

EDIT FOR UPDATE: This place is under new ownership and they’re awesome!!!! This old review no longer stands except for the best vape juice around! Excellent quality!Once again….I show up to make a purchase and hours have changed with no update on the website. If i had known I would’ve tried to stop by during the week. It just happens to be the best made juice around. It just sucks that every other time I go it’s closed due to the hours changing…..

Spent 30 minutes driving out of my way to go here and they aren’t even open. Online and the sign in window show that they should be open. No sign, no nothing….just a locked door and empty building.

Great place, needed a charged battery for my mod, they had it! Coils were at a great price also. They do a buy 9 get 10th free for coils and juice. Im working in the area so u will definitely be back!

Stood in the lobby and at the counter for about 5 minutes. No greeting, no eye contact, no nothing whilst the customer service professional dawdled with her regulars. Wandered off when that transaction was complete. Literally standing there with my wallet in my hand. Oh well.

Been coming since they opened. They were like family. They only use 3 ingredients. So it's safe, but customer service went down in the last year or two. It use top be like cheers but now you have top party to sample things.. 3 stars for what we use to be ?
