Omg! The customer service was so good when I was here today. I was trying to get the discount on pillows with the Target Circle program. The cashier asked for someone to assist me and there were three other associates who tried to help me. I didn't think to get their names but they all went above and beyond. I was like it's ok don't worry about it but they insisted no we will get it figured out for you so you get the discount. I was just shocked good customer service is rare these days. Thank you all very much.

Summertime in Texas and they didn’t have the AC on today! Unheard of. Security guard at the front, security tags on small ticket items. This place has turned into the ghetto. Even the poor employees were sharing their thoughts with me.

highly recommend this location for your shopping needs! everything was easy to find, & i recently ordered a custom order cake from the bakery and i HIGHLY recommend joey for your baking needs! she was very informative and helped me with deciding the designs for my cake!

I love shopping at Target because of its great customer service and everything is neat and organized. There is a family restroom with a changing table. I wish there was a nursing or lactation room.

I just like the way they communicate and let you know if there's anything different going to happen with your order but most of the time they have everything I need it's always ready when I'm there to pick it up and the people bringing it out are always very respectful and polite so this is a lifesaver for me considering I work 12 to 13 hours a day I'm very grateful for Target

Target-Rowlett continues to not invest in this store to add more self checkout lanes to assist customers with quicker checkouts and less waiting. The 20 other maned checkout lanes are not being utilized and could easily be replaced with additional self checkout lanes. My review has been expressed several times when asked to provide a review.

Simply the most poorly managed Target store I have ever shopped at. The self check out registers are always out of order. The last two times I shopped at the store all four of the self checkout registers were not working. This store is poorly operated due to poor management. The corporate office needs to update this store with a new manager.
