Anita was great! Quick, easy, and efficient. Also very sweet! I break out with aloe Vera so she recommended I do an ice massage instead when I get home. Great idea nobody had ever told me about! Highly recommend!

Incredibly rude disrespectful. If you have any type of request or communication with them snappy answer maybe it’s the accent maybe it’s the language barrier I don’t know but now my daughter has a spot on her head and she’s bleeding.

The woman who did my brows, Anita, was great! I have sensitive skin & rarely get my eyebrows threaded because it’s painful, but she was actually so gentle and made it tolerable! My eyebrows are distant cousins in shape (not sisters) so she did her best to match them & I think she did a great job. Anita was friendly, fast, and professional. I will be requesting her from here on out.

I specifically asked the lady to blow the wax or turn the temp down because my skin is sensitive. She said she’s never burned anyone. I told her twice during the waxing that the wax was a little hot and She belittled me by saying that maybe if I lost weight and ate healthier my skin might not be so sensitive. Total assumption. I’ve had eczema and sensitive skin since I was a baby and it has nothing to do with my size of my diet. She did not give me a mirror to look at the finished product. I get home later and see that I have a red burn mark the shape of the pad they use to pull the wax off your skin. It’s been almost 4 weeks and now I have a black burn mark on my inner thigh. I called the owner but was only able to speak with a manager who was very kind and apologetic. The owner never called me back. Called and texted the corporate office who has yet to respond. I was burned severely by a tech at the Mesquite location a few years ago. I won’t ever return to a SOI. My suggestion, based on my experiences, is that you find somewhere else to go to get your waxing done.

Do not go here for your lashes. Anywhere else I have been, this has always been a relaxing experience but it was rough and very uncomfortable here. My lashes look sporadic .. you aren't even saving money with their prices. Not worth it.
