Average car wash. My car still had dirt on it after the "ultimate wash"

I have had the monthly membership for a year. On 6/30 I had my car washed and the soap or wax or something ruined the back of my car under my back window. That morning my car was fine as I had put stuff in my trunk. After I washed my car, it was ruined. It looks like the top coat of paint or wax is stripped. I called and left a message. No call back. I went and canceled my membership. The guy denied that their car wash would do this to my car. Beware!!

Usually I am pretty pleased with the service I get. Today when I pulled up the employee that asks what service you want is always rude today was no different. However my windows were not cleaned well stuff was still on them and the backseat of my car didn't look like it was wiped down. Maybe today was an off day.

Great place, good facilities, close to home and excellent staff. Totally worth having a membership for 3 vehicles. Love the towels they offer.

This is definitely a great car wash, friendly people serving at the checkouts, capable and efficient people cleaning the cars, the vacuum cleaners are powerful, the cars come out very clean and there is always someone to talk to in case a situation arises, I have already tried other cars wash and that is why I am giving 5 stars, the others are useless, bad service, and bad machines, this one is different!!!!

Terrible place. I’ve tried cancelling my account in person multiple time and to no avail, i am still getting charged monthly. I’ve called. they don’t answer. don’t ever get a membership here you will continue to lose money monthly. you will never be able to cancel and no one will be able to figure it out.

Great car wash!! The basic wash price is cheaper than doing the
work yourself. The Ultimate Wash cleans the body and wheels so
well you just drive off and your car is super clean.

Difficult to cancel subscription. I had to go in person in order to cancel. Once there, the attendant was very helpful.

Have gone before and had an okay experience but I went today and was told that I couldn’t get any full service packages because they were “already closed for the day” even though they still had 3 hours left being open. Not sure why there aren’t “full service hours” posted if that’s the way they do things, when I went to do the interior myself, there were towels in any of the containers and I was told that there wouldn’t be any the rest of the night. ? how does that make sense?

This company had been billing me for the membership since October. I was able to get touch with one of the owners and they fixed the issue.
I wish I still lived by the car wash, I feel like it’s a great place and they offer a great value.

Rowlett has a few good car washes. None are better than this. I've had an inside clean in my SUV several times, and it's always well done.
