I sat on a chair just waiting for my grandma to shop and got yelled at and snarky attitude from the employee she was Hispanic told me to get off the chair and I told her okay sorry and she kept following me for some time after that I even turned around to just look at her and she went away quickly to hide ew disgusting behavior

The lady who was working the fitting room insanely rude, I have never felt so uncomfortable. She looked at me with disgust when I walked up and then got super frustrated with me when I was accidentally headed to the wrong side of the fitting room. I literally wanted to just walk out right then and there.

The big back lady that work the front register has a bad attitude. She’s very racist, she will be polite and greet every person who look just like her. As soon as she seen me coming to the register; she caught an attitude didn’t greet me, was throwing my stuff around, didn’t say to 2 words to me.

Visited this store today and should’ve asked for the corporate number. The associate which I assume was the manager instructed me to remove my hangers from my clothing and proceeded to tell me i should pay attention to the signs just as I would pay attention to the sale signs. It was disrespectful and out of line considering I had 4 items and the only customer in line. I won’t be back

Love Ross ,hate the employee service I got yelled at bc I sat in a chair. I wanted a new one for my desk and wanted to see if I liked it the woman yelled at me that I was going to break it ,never got a warning just straight yelling I’m a teenage girl the woman could’ve easily given me a warning and not have acted immaturly by yelling at someone younger than her knowing that it would in a way scare me . I think she was even the manager which is somewhat suprising.

Slow and ridiculously long lines. Not sure if they are understaffed, or just not willing to cross train their employees to handle the cash registers. Regardless it leaves a horrible experience, I watched many people leave the line and walk out. Not sure why they got rid of the return line, cause it just backs up the line even longer. Staff is not that helpful, and it comes off rude not sure if that is intentional. Not efficient, I’d rather drive to the Rockwall location where I will be in and out.

You have the ability to have 7 checkouts open but only 3 are open with 20+ people in line, and plenty walking out the door because they aren't willing to wait. Not being managed to its fullest potentional.
