Excellent service from Rapid Orthopedic Supplies!!! I recently had knee surgery and was referred to Rapid Orthopedic to get the Iceman3 circulating ice water system to aid in recovery after surgery. Brandon called me prior to the surgery and pre-arranged all the details. The day of surgery he delivered the equipment on time so the post op nurses were able to get me setup on the placement of the ice pad. Brandon also met with my wife to get the instructions on use, etc. This really helped in recovery of my knee to keep swelling down. Thanks to Brandon and Rapid Orthopedic for the Great Customer Service!!

Worked with Rapid to get DonJoy custom knee braces for my o-line college football player son. They were responsive, helpful, and truly cared to get us what we needed quickly. I highly recommend Vince, Ryan and the team at Rapid to get you what you need, give them a call! Great service!

At these hard times dealing with COVID19, we were able to find KN-95 masks at a reasonable price for our Optometrist office (Friendly Eye Care). They are friendly and knowledgeable. We truly recommend Rapid Orthopedic Supplies!

Great people and wonderful customer service! My daughter had hip surgery and they were so easy to work with. Amy was so quick in answering my questions and making sure we had the post-op supplies needed for home. Ryan was so nice and helpful by coming to the house to deliver the CPM machine and making sure we knew how to use it. He even checked in with me on the day of her surgery to see if we needing anything or had any questions! Top notch service, honest people that truly care about their customers. I highly recommend them for your orthopedic needs!

THANK YOU!! After searching for relief of chronic hip pain I finally found Rapid Orthopedic Supplies. Their friendly staff were engaged and knowledgeable. They introduced me to the “Unloader Hip”. It is a brand new product that I could only find at this place. I was skeptical that it would work because of It’s simplistic comfort and design but it is Unbelievable and has brought immediate relief!!!

Received a bill, but didn't get an EOB from insurance that matched billed services. The phone number on the web site is a fax number. Have tried numerous times to reach them without success.
