“Location, location, location! This is VERY handy to both Rowlett and Rockwall shoppers. It is easy to get in and out of the shopping center too. Despite it being an Unleashed store, it has everything I could want, except RX prescription foods, i.e. Science Diet Giomme for Sensitive Stomachs. Otherwise, it always has what I need. Wish they provided Biogroom shampoos and conditioners. They are wonderful and they totally eliminate "doggie" smell for a long time. Also, a full line of Royal Canin dog food would be perfect. It is expensive, but not if you consider teeth cleaning is not necessary when on the food!”

I didn't look at much (just ran in to get my dog a couple treats) but the two items I got would likely have been considerably more at Petsmart or Petco, where I usually go.”

Other than that they have great customer service and a huge selection of products. They also have live birds and rodents for sale. They'll load the heavy stuff in your trunk.”

“very knowledgeable staff, they give you personalized attention. I went to a competitor (petsmart) thinking I would get similar service and I was wrong. I was ignored there and left to wander the asiles until I finally just left. The difference between the two is that the minute you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. The staff take time to answer you questions at the same time juggling all the daily task they have to manage. Very clean and organized store as well.”

“We've tried nearly all the services offered at this PetSmart, and we've had a great experience with all of them. We did the beginners training class for adult dogs with Shannon. Her class was great! Highly recommend. I'm planning on registering for the intermediate class. We have used the grooming salon as well. My dog just gets baths. They have always done a great job with her. She is dog reactive and not great with the dryer, but she always looks and smells good at pick up. And lastly we've boarded at the PetHotel before. We decided to switch to a boarder with an outdoor play area, but this is a decent back-up.”
