“The groomers here are great! Especially Trish. They have to deal with VERY bad dogs everyday and they still come out wonderful. She Especially follows all the procedures and is very nice both to pet parents and dogs.
Little tip to some pet parents.
Maybe instead of complaining to the groomers for not being able to do your dog, you should train your dogs better. Because I've seen your dogs act up. Any problem is usually not a groomers fault at all”

“This is a pet store for dogs and cats. For some reason I thought there'd be stuff for urban farm animals like chickens too, but nope! It's a cute place though, and I found some really cute toys for my cats and dog that I haven't seen anywhere else. I'm dying to buy the jackalope dog toy next time I'm there!”
“It was our first time going and we were happy with our experience. All the staff members welcomed us in and another worker also said hello while she was doing a task. The store was very clean and organized and they had great deals on their products.

“Nice store. I love the dog bath card that they do. They have a lot of treats and items too that come in super handy. Their shampoos at the dog wash areas are always solid too. I love how this location has those little signs that says this wash area has been sanitized so you know which ones have been cleaned and which ones haven’t.My one pointer of improvement would just be that I’d like to see the dog wash area be kept a little cleaner, is all!”

“Since my girl started blowing her coat a little extra this year, I decided to take her to Woof Gang for a little extra help. I'm pretty picky about who she goes to for just about everything but they did really good. They listened to my requests (trim paw pads and de-shed/brush-out) and she came out so fluffy and clean. Pretty happy about the results!”

“Love the new building. It feels nice walking in, but I wish there was more cat stuff. Dogs get over half of the building. Cats get like 3 short aisles in the corner with dog food encroaching it.
They have a nice variety of higher end cat foods which I love, but on the other hand they’re lacking affordable brands. I feed my indoor cats high quality when I can afford it, but I also have to feed my TNR ferals. I go through a lot of cat food. I need 16lb or bigger bags. Unfortunately they only carry the more expensive stuff in 16lbs. The cheapest big bag I found was $32 on sale. You can get more for less at many other places. I always end up frustrated when I go to Petco for big bags of food. I don’t know why I keep doing it to myself. I end up just buying my indoor cat food there and having to make another stop somewhere else for my feral food.
That’s my only beef with Petco. Needs more cat love.”

“I have had wonderful experiences here with having my dogs groomed. Hope is absolutely exceptional, and her kind demeanor and love of dogs are one in a million. She grooms them with care, and she takes her time to make sure they are happy and comfortable. My dogs have gone from feeling scared of the groomer, to excited and happy about a "doggie spa day" thanks to Hope.”

“‼️‼️I absolutely love our Pet Smart‼️‼️ They always provide Chick Fil-A Grade Level of Service. Everyone is nice, kind, professional, always kind, and willing to help. We got my 14 year old her 1st pet fish and now a bearded dragon from Pet Smart. My oldest got her birds and guinea pigs from Pet Smart. Although she no longer has the other pets, we have also brought Karma, the bully Here, and we love it. Jonathan and all the cricket personnel are just a joy to chat with. We always enjoy coming. Meet our newest edition to the family. "Phoebe Rose" she's a hoot.. We got our tank and all our pet supplies from Pet Smart. Duh, it's the place. “The store is huge, there's definitely a good selection of almost anything and everything that you would like. From pet beds, to all sorts of different types of food. Plus if you have a cat such as myself and my husband, there's definitely a good selection of cat litter too. The staff are always nice and helpful, plus we like to bring our kittens to this location for their vet visits. We are proud Petco customers”

“I called a few days ago to inquire about your chicks! I was greeted by an associate named Bradley, he was very polite and informative about the chicks. He assured me that you all had chicks in stock. I wanted Easter eggers but about the time I made it in they were all gone. I hate that I forgot the associates name ( Ms. Lisa ), but it was a lady in the middle of the store at the desk by the chicks that gave me so much info about the chicks that you all had at the time, she also made sure that I could actually have chickens within my city limits. She had to tend to something else and asked another associate to help me, unbeknownst to me it was Bradley. He was 10x's more helpful in person, he made sure we had all the equipment that we needed to become chick parents.
Oh yeah we got a few Jersey Giants and we'll be back to get some Easter eggers when you all get some in stock. Thanks Brad and Ms. Lisa, I had a great experience!

“We really appreciate having a Petco so close to home. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I typically purchase the largest bag of dog food and I cannot lift it. And they always offer to carry it to the car. I recommend signing up for their free loyalty program because they regularly email you coupons. And with the use of a coupon, they are always less expensive than Chewy.”
