Terrible experience. I called several times trying to get an estimate to do work on my car, was promised that the estimate would be either texted or emailed (both of which of I never received). I called again & then was advised to come in to the office to review my vehicle. I came to the office, they took my car in. I literally sat patiently for an hour and a half to receive an estimate that I STILL did not recieve. Nothing was communicated to me in terms of timing, no updates no nothing. I told them I have to leave to go back to work for a meeting & still no estimates even AFTER they inspected my car. Experience was very frustrating to say the least. (update- I have now received estimate)

The patch was pricy IMO but their service was really great. I was happy to see that they had a price guide on display. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. They were able to patch my tire quickly before I had to be at work :)

These folks are great! When I went to pickup my car I dropped my micro Sim Card in the smallest crevice behind my seat belt I walked to the front desk asked for needlenose pliers thinking they would just hand it to us but a staff member walks over to the car trying to help us locate it and looks for it and tries to get it our for about 15 minutes when another team member comes over suggests using compressed air to blow it out of the searbelt crevice which worked great! Two team members helped us out with something that was not their problem. They are great!!

I'm a transport driver and I just dropped somebody off next door and I noticed one of my tires was low so I went next door to Parkway and the guys there was so sweet. They checked not only that tire but all of them with no charge. The next maintenance I have on my car I'm headed to Parkway....thanks guys!

Walked in on Monday with a problem with ignition. Diagnosed and completed work by the following day! The online update feature did not work. I had to call to get updates.

This is by far the best service for my vehicle I have ever had. I had taken my car to other shops and got nothing but headaches. All the staff was great and very helpful. I will not be taking my car anywhere else for service but Parkway..( I had to leave my car there for a few days because of my work schedule, they were nothing but kind about me leaving it there after they were done and I really appreciate that) wish I could give more stars
