The website clearly states that headlight installation is free with the purchase of a bulb, yet the guy at the register decided to give a smart aleck answer to why he couldn’t do it rather than admitting to his incompetence. If you don’t know how to do something then just say that.

Great spot for parts, generally has everything you need in stock and the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on a variety of cars and trucks.

They won't replace the faulty battery under warranty, citing it's too challenging. This response from the so-called manager, Josh, is the laziest excuse I've ever heard. Interestingly, I purchased the battery a year ago under warranty, and the same location replaced it before. The battery replacement that they say needs professional took me literally 5 minutes

Looney was very helpful today. He was knowledgeable and wanted to help. He worked very good with his work mates and took me out to my Jeep and narrowed my problem. I came back in a bought a senior and made me feel like a wanted customer. What a delight. I have trained many techs to n my day and he is a star!
