Today was my first time with OneMain Financial, and it was a great experience. Andrea D., was my Sr. Personal Loan Specialist, who made the process very easy. Andrea also educated me on the personal loan I inquired about, and provided financial tips. I left this location with a huge relief, and will certainly use this location again and refer others!

I was told I would receive a call within 2 hours on my status. I show up 6 hours after I spoke with someone only to be told my paperwork had not been printed out yet. Then I was told we could do it over the phone today at 9am. The agent didn’t call so I called this branch and was told I would receive a call shortly. I would not recommend this branch.

When I walked in Andrea was very helpful. I unfortunately didn't qualify for a loan but when I improve my credit I will definitely come back to see them. They were all super friendly!

I would not recommend this branch. I went in to pay off an account and no one got up to greet me. There was no enthusiasm or sense of urgency at all. The atmosphere was very unprofessional with visible Whataburger on the two front desks right in customer view. The attire worn was way too lax for a professional loan company in my opinion. In all my experience felt like I was interrupting all of them.

I have been working with OneMain for many years, they helped me get the money I needed to pay for college years ago, get through tough times, tons of car repairs, and even helped with furnishing my new house. Every time I need them, they are there for me. Most recently I had paid down my loan significantly and I just wanted to lower my monthly expenses and they did a little consolidation and saved me $267.00 per month! We all know personal loans are bad, but when you need help to navigate this ever changing life and economy OneMain is a good shoulder to lean on.

It was way too hard for somebody who is a loyal customer who has never missed a payment. I'm looking to refinance this loan with another company.
