Lady behind the counter with the tattoos is rude, pretty sure she worked at Orielly at some point, kind of the reason I stopped going to that Orielly location, but know I can go back there now. Sorry Napa.

As a person of good faith. I come here to shop on occasions. Many times I have driven here and have faith that this is a great establishment to buy parts. The only problem is people that make the reviews are sort of not realizing that there is an Autozone that competes against them. So with that said the guys that work here have to compete against those guys engine diagnostic handheld device.

Worst customer service experience EVER!!! The manager Gabby is an embarrassment to the establishment as a whole. Let me tell you why. My Mother-in-Law bought a battery online for my wife which I would be picking up in-store at 5414 Rowlett Rd. She was charged for the battery and a core deposit fee which is refundable once you turn in the old battery. So I arrived right before closing. Approximately 6:50p to pick up the new battery and turn in the old battery for the deposit refund. As soon as I walked in, Gabby looked up with the most annoyed expression on her face. (Which I understand, someone coming in right before closing could be annoying. But closing hour is 7p and I worked until 6:30p and that was the soonest I could make it there.) Nonetheless, I let her know I was there to pickup an order placed online and I wanted to turn in the old battery for the core deposit refund. She goes back to get the new battery and tells me in order for her to do the Core deposit refund, I would need the physical Card the battery was purchased with online. I explained to her I didn't have the card because it was purchased online by my Mother-In-Law. She then tells me, well I can't do the refund without it. That seemed kind of odd to me, so I left the store and called Corporate once I arrived home. I wanted to confirm what Gabby told me was true. And just as suspected, she was lying. Corporate revealed that the core deposit refund could've been issued on ANY CARD. It would NOT have to be the same card the online purchase was made with. After getting this information I requested to file a complaint on Gabby. Corporate took my complaint over the phone, forwarded it to the Regional office and told me I should be okay to go back tomorrow to have it taken care of. So I go back today, this time a little earlier Apprx 6:15p LOL. And guess who's at the front desk... You guessed it. GABBY! So I walk up with the old battery again and tell her. "I'm here to turn in this old battery and get the core refund. I came in yesterday and you told me you needed the card the new battery was purchased with. Which I still don't have. However, I talked to Corporate and they told me you should be able to do the Core deposit refund on ANY CARD." She then backtracks and tells me I never told you I needed the same card. I told you I needed A CARD."(which is a bold face lie.) I then said "Ma'am that is NOT TRUE. If that was the case, I had 3 of my own personal cards I could've used yesterday. But you specifically told me I needed the card the new battery was purchased with in order for you to do the deposit refund." By this time her co-worker interrupts and says he'll assist me from here. So I moved over to the next counter so he could further assist me. While he was in the process of issuing the refund, I reiterated TO HIM that I wasn't lying and Gabby really did refuse to help me without my Mother-In-Laws card the previous day. And this is where all H3LL BROKE LOOSE. Gabby then starts yelling "You're a man and I'm a woman so who do you think the liar is." I asked "What does gender have to do with anything?" I feel that was a discriminatory remark towards my gender which was unwarranted in the situation. I then tell her she is very unprofessional and she shouldn't be working there. She then says she doesn't care about the job and there's plenty other jobs she can work for. The co worker Continuously tried to calm Gabby down and tell her to stop. But she just continued on and on. Once he finally finished the refund, I left the store, called Corporate again, filed a 2nd complaint and wrote this review. I would not recommend going to this location.

Had a broken ball joint that I needed to replace. They figured out the correct size and thread from the broken piece since it was from a non-automotive application. Turned out there was only one available clear across the metroplex in Fort Worth. They ordered it for me and had it in hand at this location by the same afternoon. I was amazed with all the help and having it brought across town there were no extra fees. Saved me a lot of time and fuel. I am truly grateful. This is how you earn and retain a customer base.

Ms.Vicky the store manager was such a sweetheart. There was a system is with my order for my ac compressor and she went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Napa Rowlett definitely has my business. Need more people like Ms.Vicky who take ownership/accountability to make the issue at hand right. Way to go☺️

So far so good. Can't find the parts you need? Napa had the parts I needed twice now that other shops didn't have. I've also been treated great by their staff. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Auto repair is a skill that I have yet to master. I know my limitations and I, therefore, am relying heavily on the knowledge of experts. I stopped by NAPA, Rowlett for advise and assistance. Vicky helped me with finding the correct parts and even assisted me with installation. What an incredibly sweet and knowledgeable lady. Her customer service..exceeded expectations. She has won me over. I am now a fan of Vicky and of NAPA.To NAPA..Thank you for having someone like Vicky on your team. She is an asset to your organization.
